1.00I have been to Rome 3 times and taken many tours. This was the worst by far. From the start, there was such chaos, disorganization, way too many people to be manageable, equipment not working so couldn’t hear the information. When we took vans to the second location, the driver was extremely rude. Our tour guide was not really a tour guide and when he did speak, it was so fast that you couldn’t understand what he was saying. It was also very confusing to be picked up in one location and dropped off at another. I know my way around Rome, but not everyone does. When we got to the second spot (catacombs), the lady (not our guide) that guided us was nice but commented about how late we were and missed a lot of what she had already spoken of. In the catacombs, our group of over 20 joined several other groups in the catacombs (extremely tight space), she would point things out and there was no way we could hear or see what she was referring to. Very disappointing and not at all what we paid for. You also need to ask if anyone has disabilities, this is not a tour for someone that has mobility issues and they likely didn’t know that when booking. I felt really sorry for them. I honestly wasted 3.5 hours and couldn’t wait for this tour to end.

5.00A darker little part of Rome that's very interesting. We really enjoyed this tour. The first part is at your ownish place as you walk through a museum.
