The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded
Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed

In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours

If you chose the audio guide option, please download it ahead of time while connected to Wi-Fi. Once installed, it works without internet. Headphones are not included – please bring your own, suitable for your phone. Kindly note that the app may not work on old phones. For reservations made after 4:00 PM, there may not be enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You’re welcome to start earlier or return the next day to access the Forum.

1.00In retrospect, it turned out that the timing of the start time is very tight. We started at 14:30 at the Colosseum and then headed to the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. However, visitors will not be allowed in from 15:30. Even if the provider has no influence on opening hours, it is possible to be informed about this and to pass it on to its customers. That was completely missed, so we could not notice 2/3 of the tour. Moreover, it is questionable to offer such a start time at all, since an hour in the Colosseum is very close to visitor flows. A refund in direct communication was not met. There were then only hints to an FAQ page.

5.00We had an incredible experience at our guided tour seeing the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, and the Colosseum. Our guide Katharina was fantastic!! She was so knowledgeable and made the experience personable and fun. We learned a lot from her! Our ear pieces worked great the whole time, and we would highly recommend this experience. I can’t imagine visiting these sites without the guide!! Grazie! Molto bene!!!
