Tiramisu Preparation: Guests are shown how to make the classic tiramisu dessert, mastering the specific layering technique required for a delicious result. Interactive Experience: With the chef’s guidance, guests have the chance to practice making their own ravioli and tiramisu, improving their culinary skills. Tasting Experience: At the end of the class, guests enjoy a tasting session, relishing the dishes they’ve prepared.

5.00I had the most wonderful experience at Enjoy Cooking in Rome! The pasta and tiramisu workshop was not only fun and hands-on, but also incredibly well organized and authentic. Chef Ian was absolutely fantastic – warm, patient, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He explained every step clearly, shared helpful tips about traditional Italian techniques, and created such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. You can truly feel how much he cares about making the experience special for everyone. Making fresh pasta from scratch and preparing tiramisu the authentic way was both educational and delicious. The entire experience felt intimate, high-quality, and full of positive energy. If you’re in Rome and looking for a meaningful culinary experience - this is a must. Highly recommended, especially with Chef Ian leading the class! Thank you for such a memorable evening!

5.00I cannot recommend this experience enough! My mom and I came in off-season so we were lucky enough to have a private class, and we made two kinds of pasta and tiramisu with Davide and Sabbir. Davide was such a great instructor and taught me so much about cooking, tips I will take back to the states and use often. Sabbir was a great host and took great care of us also. The spaghetti we made was the best I’ve had in Italy yet and we had a hand in making it which was so cool! We also had some great wines. Tiramisu was amazing and we learned other ways to use the cream as well. 10/10 experience and I would recommend it to anyone! So fun, I can’t want to get home and see if I can recreate the food!
