5.00We had a very nice tour and our tour guide Olga was fantastic. Two of the guest in our tour group were horrible people, very disrespectful, disruptive and were drinking on the tour, but our guide handled the situation and I think we had a very nice day.

4.00The organization at the meeting point was totally unstructured and chaotic. 4 different groups were received by 1 employee. If Michaela hadn't intervened, it would have taken the groups forever to find each other. She used the long wait outside St. Peter's Basilica to introduce us to the world of the Vatican in a very entertaining way. Big praise and thanks to Michaela!
