  We walked to Señor Frogs and quickly found our excursion vendor. After checking in, they gave us all the details, including our departure time and when the boat would be leaving. From there, we took a scenic boat ride over to Pearl Island. It was a bit of a longer ride, but completely worth it—the views were beautiful, and we even passed by some stunning waterfront homes along the way. Once we arrived at Pearl Island, there was so much to do. We had access to kayaking, snorkeling, feeding the pigs, and even water trampolines all included. We also had time to relax on the beach, which felt incredibly private and peaceful. On the way back, the experience didn’t stop. We went turtle sightseeing and got a mini tour of the luxurious mansions we had passed earlier. Overall, I would highly recommend this excursion. It’s a great experience for couples, families, and even kids. If you’re visiting the Bahamas, this is definitely something you don’t want to miss especially for the value.

  It was a great trip. The boat (DJ) guy was very entertaining on the way to the island and on the return trip. I would go go and do again if I go back to Nassau.

  The communication was lacking. Said to meet in front of restaurant but it was actually along the water. Didn’t know the name of our tour.

  This excursion was awesome to do with kids. They loved the pigs and snorkeling was great too. Saw a sting ray swim right in front of us! The workers were great and very friendly. Overall I would highly recommend this for a family excursion! Something we will always remember!

  I would suggest folks to go near senior frogs and take the tour. Viator charges more same tour was 50 dollars at the counter where the tour starts but Viator charged us 80-90 dollars for the same tour.

  Pros: 1) the Bahamian beaches are truly gorgeous. 2) The food was good (we opted to purchase lunch separately from the tour for $25 pp). 3) The piggies are cute, especially the small one you get to take a picture with at the end of the experience. 4) The people were all very nice. Cons: 1) a lot of time was lost picking up people from 3 different ports. We spent almost an hour and a half just getting to the island. 2) The term swimming with the pigs is a bit of a stretch: the pigs come down a chute to where we are all standing on a very small, pretty rocky beach. My kids were kind of freaked out due to how crowded it was, and they were getting pummeled by the waves as they crashed onto the rocks behind where we were supposed to stand initially. 3) the price point of this excursion was much less than others we looked into, but it is still pretty high for the experience. My husband kept laughing and saying that we should change people $100 to “swim with the bichons” and let our dog come stand next to the water and eat carrots by the marsh. Ultimately, it’s a cute concept, and I don’t regret doing it, but for us it is definitely a one and done experience.
