I had the absolute best experience with Anika and Elyse at Rotorua Canopy Tours! Their energy was contagious from start to finish — they brought the perfect mix of hype, humor, and calm confidence. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and their passion for the forest, the birds, and the conservation work shines through in everything they share. They were incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question with enthusiasm and making the whole journey feel both adventurous and meaningful. On top of that, their care for each guest was obvious — they made everyone feel safe, supported, and totally at ease, even on the highest platforms. I was initially very nervous but the guides were wonderful, and I loved the whole experience. They were helpful and considerate right from the start, with loan jackets, water etc... They were both funny and very reassuring. The forest was gorgeous with the guides being very informative. The zipline was so exciting, I really loved it. I just trusted the whole process and felt safe at all times. I also really appreciate the conservation work the company does in the forest.

An absolutely phenomenal experience. This was my first time zip lining. The trip was fun and I felt completely safe the entire time. The forest is beautiful, and we learned about the groups incredible conservation efforts. The guides were very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend.

The staff taught me many times, gently and politely, so that the children could understand it with slow English and movements. We had two staff members in the group who supported us in a variety of ways, so we felt safe. It is a space where birdsong sounds and your heart is washed as you look down at the fern forest from above. I am surprised and delighted that you can create a zip line in a place like this. It started off in a friendly atmosphere, with each other's names and profiles announced on the bus to the area. I didn't have to speak much English. I can take photos with my phone, but I wish I had a neck strap.

Mason and Josh were amazing our first time zip lining they made it so we were comfortable and sure of what we were to do. The zip lining was an absolute amazing experience , thoroughly exciting and fun Thank you for making our first experience the best and will definitely look forward to the next adventure!!

Fantastic warm friendly guides. I was a complete novice and quite nervous. they were helpful and reassuring and made sure sure that I get safe and comfortable. I would 200% recommend this tour

Emma and Vincent were absolutely fantastic guides and mentors on our zip line experience. I had never been on a zip line before but I loved every minute! I highly recommend them and this company!
