Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also personable and witty, bringing a wonderful sense of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. 3.00We heard most of the commentary over the noise of the vehicle but not over other tourists chatting. The driver needs to make an announcement at the beginning of the trip about the noise and ask people to refrain from talking during the commentary so those of us that want to hear it can. We realise the tour operator can’t control the rude behaviour of some guests, but they can say something to alert the ignorant. We really didn’t need to hear about the rainfall in Australia from the loudmouth sitting in front of me. We paid to hear about Rotorua.

4.00You dont receive a discount if the advertised trip is not completed due to an event that was on. We didnt get to go on the blue lake. The lakes rides are a highlight of the trip. The driver was a character, she made us laugh, and shared the history of the landmarks exceptionally well. Keep her on.!
