1.00This provider did not show up at the airport for our pickup. We had to us a taxi at the airport. According to other people this has happened quite frequently.

1.00Driver did not arrive for transfer. If he did, he did not contact me to let me know he was there. I texted him 3 times and never got a response

1.00The driver never showed up at the airport. We had to wait over an hour to secure other transportation. Unfortunately, it ended up costing us more money.

1.00I contacted Ricky for round trip airport transfer. I booked well in advance and received an email confirmation. The day before our travel I WhatsApp messaged him and he responses that he did no longer provided taxi services. I was left scrambling to figure out transport to Atlantis less than a day before our trip. I would not recommend doing business with Ricky as you could be left abandoned like us.

5.00Rickyluv is the best driver/narrator ever! So full of information and kindness 💓 I would definitely recommend him for your shuttle and island travel needs! He can suggest great restaurants as well as night spots . Everything was exceptionally nice!

5.00We were highly satisfied with the service we received from Rickyluv! Ricky communicated with us prior to pick up to and from Airport and we felt we were in great hands! Also recieved "touristy" information you wouldn't receive from a simple taxi driver. Will definitely book again when we come back!

5.00Ricky was prompt, courteous and pleasant to ride with. He shared a lot of history about the island and highlighted places to visit. We requested him for additional transportation to an excursion and he gladly accepted. He made the travel to/from the airport very easy.

5.00Ricky was great !!!! Even though it took us longer to get thru customs he stayed in contact with us to make sure he got us to our hotel. A stop at the Rum Cake factory is a must, delicious.

5.00Ricky and Ken were both amazing! We had a severe flight delay but they stayed connected with us throughout our travels and ensured we were picked up safely. They both were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be connecting with them again for airport transportation for future Bahamas trips!
