You will be transferred from the airport in a clean and air-conditioned vehicle with a driver who is both friendly and knowledgeable about the island. In addition, we believe in being punctual and safe driving at all times. Take comfort in knowing that you have a private driver who is certified by the government and desires to make your transportation experience a pleasant and enjoyable one to remember.

Zone-Based Transfer Policy:

Our transfer prices are based on zones, and service is provided only to the hotel or location within the zone you selected and paid for.

• If your destination is outside the purchased zone, a fare difference or rebooking may be required.

• Changing your hotel to a location in another zone will also require a price adjustment.

• If you’re unsure of your zone, please contact us before booking.

Booking the correct zone ensures a smooth and on-time transfer.

Once you have booked your transfer with Godel Transportation and Tours you will be sent a confirmation with the dates and times of your pickup from the airport to the hotel and your return trip to the airport. On the day of arrival, you will be met by your driver outside the arrival terminal. Your driver will have a sign displaying the name of the lead person in your party. Once you and your driver have identified each other, you will present the driver with your travel voucher. Your driver will then take you to your vehicle or in cases where it is raining he will drive up to the terminal door to collect passengers. Driver will then take you to your destination. Great company. Delano was our driver. He was early to pick us up and waited patiently when we had some delays. The company was communicative and gave clear directions the entire time. We knew exactly where to find Delano. The drive from and to the airport turned into cultural lessons and we even got solid recommendations on food and pastries - loved the guava duff! Delano was fantastic and we'd definitely book this service again.

Driver was 90 mins late and I had to arrange alternative transportation. To make it worse, the POC from the company stopped answering my texts entirely, providing no updates until the car had arrived and I was already gone.

Viator transfer services are fantastic! We had the best driver Delano! He was incredible! From the moment he picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at our hotel he made sure our ride was very comfortable. The car was also very clean. Next time we travel to the Bahamas we will definitely use the Viator services again and recommend to others as well. Great communication, was waiting there for us as we were delayed and texted to see how it was going. Safe driving, lots of local info, super friendly! Would recommend 100% for rides to and from anywhere you need to go but especially the airport to your hotel and back.

This is literally our 10th time using Godel Transportation. Delano is such a great guy and the service he provides is top notch. The communication is clear and timely. He has so much knowledge of the island that the ride to/from the hotel is a mini tour, if you want it to be. We had him pick up our family and they ended up booking an excursion with him. They loved every minute of their experience with him. He keeps our repeat business because he is such a better experience than we had with other providers.
