  My first time booking airport transit through Viator. I paid a little more than a taxi, but had zero wait time and no worries. My driver, Imoo was waiting at the airport for me when I arrived, holding a sign with my name on it. He ushered us to his van, loaded our luggage, drove us to the hotel, and unloaded our bags quickly and efficiently. The day after our arrival, we got confirmation of our return trip pickup time. When time came for the return trip he returned promptly and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. This was the smoothest airport transfer I have ever had. As a plus, by booking on Viator, I was able to pay by apple pay, so I didn’t need Fijian dollars at any time during my visit. I highly recommend.

  The driver did not help me with my bags and I had to walk to the car. Car had a damp smell, driver was not welcoming.

  We were picked up at the airport by Ravi on 10/02 and taken back for our trip home to Australia by Reddy on 17/2. Both Ravi and Reddy were absolutely fantastic! They arrived early, and were extremely courteous and helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely chat with both drivers. They both went out of their way to offer exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this company (and it’s wonderful drivers).
