  We had Ravi as our driver and he drove us to the intercontinental which is about an hour drive, during the drive he showed us all different sight along the way, he even gave us some Fijian cooking lessons. We used Ravi again for one of our tours that he suggested and he took us to the temple, mud baths and village tour. I highly recommend Ravi for his friendly and professional approach.

  This review is solely for the front end portion (arrival transfer) of this round-trip transfer package. Communication was great a day before arrival with directions on where and when to meet our driver. Once we arrived, the driver was ready to receive us and quickly guided us to the vehicle. The van was very nice, clean, and comfortable after an 11 hour flight. The driver (Muddy as he is nicknamed) provided us with information about the area, places recommended, and a brief overview of our resort location. Travel time to the hotel was about 20-25 minutes. Door to door service was fantastic. Looking forward to similar service on our departure transfer portion.

  The round trip service was excellent, on time and waiting for us both arriving and leaving. ravi was especially a highlight of our return trip to the airport, he provided some history about Fiji and gave us some local insights. Ravi made the experience of having to leave a slice of paradise better :-).

  Second time we have used Xplore for transfers around Viti Levu and cannot recommend them highly enough Family of 4 adults and a 21 month old child From the time of booking to our first pick up the communication was outstanding We were met at Nadi airport and transferred to Pacific Harbour on Dec 22nd 2nd Pick up was on the 28th of Dec at Pacific harbour and transfer to a Coral Coast resort 3rd pick up was on the 4th Jan 2026 and transfer to a resort outside of Nadi 4th pick up was the 12th of Jan 2026 and transfer to Nadi Airport Transfer vans are high quality and the drivers were on time on all occasions with email alerts from the company two days before pick up and on the day Cannot thank the team at Xplore enough for taking the stress out of transfer travel such as noted and made our holiday planning a breeze Massive thanks to Shivneel and Zayn for organizing and the exceptional communication throughout and the professionalism of the drivers
