Your cruise shuttle to Bruges provides a return shuttle service from your cruise ship to Bruges and back at regular intervals (max. waiting time 30 min.), so no delay in getting to Bruges and back from your cruise ship.
Shuttles leave Zeebrugge between 8.30AM-12PM (noon), and return from Bruges in the afternoon. The schedule in the afternoon depends on the departure time of your cruise ship. First bus back: 4 hours prior to final embarkment/ last bus back: 1 hour prior to final embarkment. Shuttles every 30 minutes.

What To Expect
Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service This shuttle service is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get, from your cruise ship, into the historic center of Bruges. By disembarking your cruise ship at Zeebrugge you will see Free Port Shuttles. Just take this shuttle and relax, the bus driver will take you to the cruise terminal. When you come out of the cruise terminal, just turn left and you will see an apartment block on the corner located on the other side of the road. (30 meter from the cruise terminal exit) Our headquarter shop is located on the bottom floor of this apartment block. (A/C available) Operating hours in the morning: 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM (NOON!) Operating hours in the afternoon: there are 7 moments back from Bruges to Zeebrugge - times are adjusted to the departure time of your cruise ship.

5.00There were multiple buses and they were very efficient and got us to the city within a short timeframe. Meeting point was very easy to find. My only suggestion is to improve the air conditioning on the buses as it was quite hot.

4.00Relatively easy to find. Just a note that the drop-off is a decent walk to the city center and, in hindsight, we should have dropped a pin on Google maps to find our way back, as it was easy to get turned around.
Not good for disabled travellers.

2.00We booked the shuttle as it promised a smooth transit to Brugge. Using a mobility scooter I have always been happy with transport companies as they are mostly helpful, sadly these guys were not. The driver stood watching whilst I struggled to get my scooter onto his coach, it was even a bit much for him to open the locker door where I had to put it. He stood, arms folded and just watched me struggle, his excuse, he had hurt his finger last week and could not help. Same on the way back, stood and watched, and this time I also had to assist another disabled user as they physically could not lift the scooter on their own. Really appalled by such a crass act from someone who is employed to assist visitors to the area. Further, even though we pre booked, you still had to find the queue and register, it was next to the purchase point who were being served before pre booked customers were even given the time of day. We will not be using this service to book any trips in the future

5.00A very well organised company. They're located literally just over the road from the cruise terminal, which our ship had shuttled us to. I was actually really pleased we used this company - as our cruise operator MSC were touting train tickets to passengers but we found out trains were only every hour which meant guests had very limited time in Bruges as they had to allow for the train times and the walk to and from the station. We boarded one of the very first shuttles out of port and were in Bruges for around 10am. Buses back are every half an hour after 13:30 so that gives you atleast 4 or 5 hours in Bruges with plenty of time to get back to port. The transfer takes half an hour. Both our coach going and returning were on time, and the staff were very friendly. Just a warning - and not at all any fault of this company - but the bus station for *all coaches* in Bruges is about a 20 minute walk from the actual centre of Bruges. The walk, however, is all very flat, not at all strenuous and goes through a lovely park setting with lots to see and beautiful views. So it wasn't bad at all. But just be mindful if you have mobility requirements. But again, totally flat, no steps or big hills. Thanks to the Cruise Shuttle for a very straightforward experience.
