Your cruise shuttle to Bruges provides a return shuttle service from your cruise ship to Bruges and back at regular intervals (max. waiting time 30 min.), so no delay in getting to Bruges and back from your cruise ship.
Shuttles leave Zeebrugge between 8.30AM-12PM (noon), and return from Bruges in the afternoon. The schedule in the afternoon depends on the departure time of your cruise ship. First bus back: 4 hours prior to final embarkment/ last bus back: 1 hour prior to final embarkment. Shuttles every 30 minutes.

Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service This shuttle service is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get, from your cruise ship, into the historic center of Bruges. By disembarking your cruise ship at Zeebrugge you will see Free Port Shuttles. Just take this shuttle and relax, the bus driver will take you to the cruise terminal. When you come out of the cruise terminal, just turn left and you will see an apartment block on the corner located on the other side of the road. (30 meter from the cruise terminal exit) Our headquarter shop is located on the bottom floor of this apartment block. (A/C available) Operating hours in the morning: 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM (NOON!) Operating hours in the afternoon: there are 7 moments back from Bruges to Zeebrugge - times are adjusted to the departure time of your cruise ship.

5.00The cruise express is located right outside the port gates. Prebooking tickets is the better option because there are 2 lines, 1 for tickets to be bought on the day which was longer and the other 1 was pre booked. From the port gate to getting on the couch was approx 10 minutes. Very easy. 25 minute drive into Bruges. Then coming back to port we had the options of 6 return times, latest one was 4.30 so we would be back in time for the ship. Where you are dropped off / picked up is about a 5-10 minute walk into Bruges depending on walking speed. Very easy service to use.

3.00It is strictly a ride to a parking area outside of the city center. We were not given a map or any directions as to how to walk to city center. Fortunately I was able to use Google Maps. Was cheaper than cruise shuttle though.

4.00You need the free port shuttle to the port gates. At the ticket desk, on the day ticket purchases got tickets sooner than us. There was no priority boarding for pre bookers. On the day of our visit, Uber would be just as cheap and more convenient for a group of 4.

5.00Office is right at the cruise terminal exit. Very convenient and process was simple and easy. About 1/2 the price as what was offered as a cruise excursion, plus multiple departures from the port and return shuttles to the port (six I believe).

4.00Its easy to find , just outside the terminal. The shuttle is clean, driver is great. I would just say it would have been better if they park closer to city center or there is drop off closer before they park. If young its no problem but with my 82 y/o mom its quite a walk but she managed with more stops.Overall its good option to get to Brussels
