Timetable and Punctuality

Customers are encouraged to be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Our driver has a maximum waiting tolerance of 15 minutes from the agreed time. After that time, it will be considered as a “no-show” of the customer, and the service may be cancelled without the right of refund.

We had excellent service both from and to the airport to our resort. Would absolutely recommend. Our inbound flight was delayed and they waited for us to arrive. Available via WhatsApp and great communication in Spanish or English. Marco our driver was amazing!

We used Empire DR transfers for our recent family trip to Punta Cana. They were professional and friendly with great communication which took the stress out of our travels. Their cars were clean and comfortable with air conditioning which was welcomed. The drivers were friendly and helpful. As I mentioned earlier, the vehicles are super comfortable, let alone the treatment of drivers, in this case Marcos. Enterprise totally serious and 100% recommended. I recommend them!! See you next time.
