1.00Pick up location from where ship was docked was to far to walk even though instructions stated they would meet us at the Port. My family and I had to pay for a taxi to take us to Atlantis. We deserve a partial refund. We were able to contact shuttle to get a ride back to ship. I wouldn't recommend this vendor.

5.00everything went smooth. driver was very punctual. driver also gave us inside info on our destination. he took time to check to see if our 2nd destination was open before he dropped is off. 2nd destination was to the pirate museum. it was in fact closed. so he took us back to the cruise ship terminal. we only had free data and texting on our T-Mobile plan. i was able to keep in contact with moss transportation through trip advisors contact company everything worked out great. thank you
