Travel to the Blue Lagoon in just 20-25 minutes and enjoy a scenic trip along the northern coastline in the beautiful, crystalline waters of the Mediterranean Sea, passing by the captivating Comino Sea Caves. Enjoy free time at this stunning lagoon, discover other bays, and explore the charming island of Comino with complete autonomy. Head back to Malta at your preferred time, without the annoying time restrictions generally imposed by other boat trips going to Comino Island.

If you miss a departure for any reason, don't be worried! With departures every 30 minutes, just hop on the next ferry and enjoy Comino!

For the same price, you also have the option to book the service: Malta—Comino Blue Lagoon—Gozo. When booking this option, the ferry will take you to the Blue Lagoon in Comino, and after spending some time in Comino, you will have the opportunity to board another ferry and travel to the island to Gozo, where you will disembark at Mġarr Harbour.

Malta to Comino Blue Lagoon schedule - Departure from Marfa: 8:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:00 PM. From November till March, the first trip is at 9:00 AM, and the last trip is at 4:00 PM.

Malta to Comino Blue Lagoon schedule - Departure from Ċirkewwa: 8:40 AM, 9:10 AM, 9:40 AM, 10:10 AM, 10:40 AM, 11:10 AM, 11:40 AM, 12:10 PM, 12:40 PM, 1:10 PM, 1:40 PM, 2:10 PM, 2:40 PM, 3:10 PM, 3:40 PM, 4:10 PM, 4:40 PM, and 5:00 PM. From November till March, the first trip is at 9:10 AM, and the last trip is at 4:10 PM.

Comino Blue Lagoon to Malta schedule - Departure from Comino Blue Lagoon to Ċirkewwa or Marfa: 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:00 PM. From November till March, the first trip is at 9:30 AM, and the last trip is at 4:00 PM.

Comino Blue Lagoon to Gozo schedule - Departure from Comino Blue Lagoon to Mġarr Harbour in Gozo: 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. From November till March, the last trip is at 4:00 PM.

You can use your ticket at any time on the day you have booked (you do not need to book a time slot).

Please note that when booking the option: Malta—Comino Blue Lagoon—Gozo, you will need to arrange your own transportation from Gozo to Malta by either taking the Gozo Channel ferry or the Gozo Highspeed ferry. The service does not include a return trip from Gozo to Malta.

Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The departure from Marfa is from the jetty located opposite the Riviera Spa Resort.

The departure from Ċirkewwa is from the pier located beneath/behind the Ċirkewwa Cafe.

When you arrive at any of these locations, you must look for the Comino Ferries COOP boat.

The last trip passing by the Comino Sea Caves departs at 3:00 PM from Marfa and at 3:10 PM from Ċirkewwa; any trips after this time will not be passing via the Comino Sea Caves.

The boats are not wheelchair-accessible.

The boats are stroller-accessible.

The boats are pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends with you.

Not recommended for travellers who are prone to seasickness.

    Blue Lagoon, overhyped place. Tourist trap de luxe. No seats, no promised sandy beach, lots of fast food carts at outrageous prices and sun lounger cost 15 Euro ???!!!

    Disorganised chaos!! We arrived at Marfa Jetty and waited nearly 2 hours to get on a boat. The boat was full even though we were first in the queue and people kept pushing to get front of us. We had to wait for the next boat which was late and were last to board as more people arrived and pushed in front of us. The Blue Lagoon was so good and it was a nice experience. However the boat back was chaos again. It was so crowded at the jetty with different people trying to get on different boats. We missed 4 or 5 boats as we were pushed to the back of the queue and eventually got on the boat and sat on the steps as the seats were all taken. There needs to be better organisation for boarding and to put on more boats when it was busy. Today was the end of October and off season but the weather was so glorious so it was so busy! I am not sure I would recommend this operator.
