1.00When you are traveling to a foreign country you want to know the transportation you booked is easy to find and ready when you arrive. It’s hard communicating with the person on what’s app while traveling. When he finally did confirm the ride he tried to charge more outside of what was already paid because of where the hotel was located. We ended up taking a taxi.

4.00I booked an airport transfer because this was our first time in Fortaleza and we wanted a safe transport to our hotel. We confirmed our arrival time with the company the day before we arrived. However, the driver was not at the airport when we got there. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the driver to show up, which is not what you want after eight hours on a plane. I don't know where the mix-up happened (if it was the company or the driver) but, in my view, if you book an airport transfer in advance, the driver should be waiting for you when you arrive. Additionally, the late arrival when we got there created anxieties about whether the driver would get us to the airport on time for our flight on the return trip. They did. The return trip went well. The driver was on time and was very kind. But it wasn't great to have to worry until they showed up.
