Tailor made trips according to weather forecast and aurora forecast. Destination and starting time and length of the trip changes according to those forecasts. There is no km limit, we will go hundreds of km to find a clear sky. Unlike the big tour companies, this is a small group experience: 8 people max. If there is no northern lights visible in the camera, you will receive a full refund. If possible, the trip will be rescheduled / substituted if there no chance of seeing northern lights.

Let's embark on a journey to look for northern lights. Since it is a natural phenomenon, chasing northern lights can be tricky. With the help of scientific data sources and practical knowledge, northern lights activity can be forecasted maximum 3 days in advance. However, having a clear sky is the first condition here. During this trip, our aim is to predict the northern lights situation and then drive to locations with a sky free from cloud, even if it is hundreds of kilometers away from Rovaniemi. Trip duration 5-8hrs, depending on the situation. Please leave a message if you have any further inquiries or requests. **Please note that somedays northern lights activity is big and somedays it is not so big. We will cancel/reschedule (if possible) the trips if the is absolutely no chance to see northern lights. If there is no aurora visible in the camera, you will receive a full refund.**

I had the most amazing trip, all thanks to INTO NORTH and our phenomenal guide, Shihab. We were a group of 8 people in a comfortable van. The overall ambience was excellent, very friendly, cozy, and relaxed, which made the Aurora hunt even more enjoyable. It was a great and memorable trip with Shihab, he e sures we can experience the aurora by driving us to Sweden and spend almost 12 hours trip with us. We managed to see and very happy with it. Thanks Shihab.

We went with Shihab to find Auroras and they were not long waiting. We were a group of 8 people plus the guide in a very comfortable and warm van. We went north to Rovaniemi running away from the clouds and stopped at several points where we could see some amazing Auroras shows. Shihab besides being an amazing aurora hunter, he is very good photographer and carries a very good photographic equipment, he took some beautiful photos. The next day he sent them to us. He arrived on time to pick us up and was very friendly, patient and friendly. Fully recommended this tour. An indelible memory.

The most amazing trip we had. Our tour guide, Shihab went above and beyond to ensure that we see the Aurora. He truly cares about his guests and has passion for what he does. Our words are not enough to thank him. He also took our pictures and sent it to us in few hours. What a blessed night we had.

The guide was very kind and thoughtfully considered the best places and times to see the aurora for the proposal. They even took us to a location several kilometers away. I was able to propose under the aurora, making it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend the guide for their wonderful personality, as well as their extensive experience and knowledge of the aurora.

We did the Aurora Hunting tour with Shihab in March 2025 and it was everything that we would have hoped for. We had been on a different tour with a different company the previous night and were a little disappointed with the effort of the guide, however the tour with Shihab could not have been better. He was knowledgable, committed and passionate and answered all of our questions. He was really friendly and the small group size made the experience a lot more enjoyable. We saw incredible auroras early on into the trip, however Shihab continued to hunt for more lights once we moved on and we ended up driving into Sweden, and stopping twice more to watch the lights. He was very good at identifying when they were developing, and a few times we got out to quite faint activity, only for the sky to light up a few moments later. The addition of high quality professional photos was also a big plus, and we received the photos about 8 hours after arriving back. I couldn’t have asked for any more out of this tour, it was the perfect northern lights experience and great value for money.
