5.00⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most incredible experience with Romain from Polar Lapland! From start to finish he was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible chance of seeing the aurora, driving us to the perfect location and sharing so much fascinating knowledge about how the northern lights work. What made the experience even more special was how dedicated he was to helping me learn my DSLR camera settings specifically for aurora photography — something I’ll be grateful for long after the trip. Romain was patient, passionate, and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He also captured stunning photos and videos for us, which was such a special bonus. His enthusiasm and commitment to giving everyone an unforgettable experience truly stood out. If you get the chance to have Romain as your guide, you are incredibly lucky. 5.00There was a mixup with my booking being scheduled for the next day instead of the date I booked and luckily, after getting in touch with viator who helped to contact with the operator, we managed to go on the date booked and luckily we did because the NL for that night was amazing! Rasmus, our tour guide brought us out to a very good spot and took awesome pictures for our small tour of 8 people. Because of the small capacity, we were able to go to take many photos to our hearts content where rasmus was very pro-active. Cookies and drinks were provided. Highly recommend!

5.00We had a very unforgettable evening and the tour guide Ramus is passionate about travel very professional! Last night early in the morning informed us because the day is not yet dark so delayed departure, in the highway to see the full of the sky are super light dancing, he resolutely decided to park the car in the side of the road escape....we watched the life's most brilliant super light performance....different super light different colors flying dancing illusioned to rainbow, corridor, each other, shock to watch! The other buses followed us to stop, but soon left. Ramus used his professional knowledge to suggest that we stayed here for a while, and as a result we saw the most beautiful spectacle in our lives. Highly recommended to attend this spectacle, Ramus is passionate and professional. Responsible for the transfer of team members, shooting technology is also professional and serious! And very few members, we only eight last night, everyone can decide the trip according to their needs. Because last night we already saw the light early, and very happy and satisfied, decided to play only three hours to end the trip, because the group members are few, so the flexibility is very high!

5.00He gave me the best experience. The weather was bad to begin with and there was a 0% chance around Lobaniemi, but it took me two hours to find the gaps between the clouds and fly my car that far. We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour and Takhini Hot Spring tour. They pulled over about three spots. We have the best aurora hunters who have been looking for us all along the way! We saw the very rare northern lights. Red and green aurora, and even pink. We enjoyed the Northern Lights curtains and even saw the phenomenon of them crashing into each other. Thank you so much for that.

3.00The tour was cancelled at 11:30 in the morning due to the expected weather. However, this seemed a bit premature, as even at 18:00 clear weather prevailed. This was also confirmed, because we saw without a tour around midnight wonderful Northern Lights directly in our resort. Of course you know better later, but we were disappointed. Positive was the communication in advance, all questions were answered and the refund of the price was prompt.

5.00What a dream come true. We had the best night with Rasmus and Nico They cancelled our first night because they didn’t think we would get the views we were hoping for, which we really appreciated. But the next night was absolutely incredible. We got the most amazing photos. Rasmus and Nico were the perfect hosts, funny, passionate enthusiasts and excellent photographers too. So enthusiastic and funny, nothing was a problem and they were genuinely caring about all of us having the best experience possible. Honestly it surpassed our expectations. They also werent happy to come home until everyone in our small group was happy. If there is one northern lights tour to book, THIS IS THE ONE. Thank you so much.
