1.00I am very disappointed with the service. Throughout the tour, I was unable to see any Northern Lights. The Northern Lights Tour Guides mentioned that the lights could be seen on their camera and assured us that the photo would be sent after the tour. However, I have not received any of the promised emails regarding the photo. The photo was supposed to be sent within two days after the tour, but it has already been two weeks and nothing has arrived. I have tried many times to contact the company, but my inquiries are either bounced around to different departments or ignored entirely. Phone calls also go unanswered, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Despite the promises made, no photos of the Northern Lights were provided to us, and I was unable to see them during the tour. This has left us with no evidence of the experience we paid for. As per your commitment, a refund should have been issued under these circumstances. However, our requests have been ignored, and no refund has been processed. This lack of response and failure to honor your obligations is unacceptable. This lack of communication and failure to deliver what was guaranteed is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would highly not recommend this service to others.
