You can arrive to us by using our free shuttle bus service from Rovaniemi city centre (pick up point is at Poromiehentie 4 B). The shuttle bus serves on the basis of first comes first served. Check the shuttle bus schedule on our website laplandwinterpark.com You can also reach us with your own vehicle. Please change your tickets for wristbands at our reception upon your arrival.

5.00I highly recommend this experience. They were kind and helpful when I contacted customer service for information about the shuttle. It was very convenient because it was included in the price. The staff was kind and helpful; the guy who was there before the changing rooms/showers was really good at explaining everything to us. We used the sauna and jacuzzi surrounded by snow and snow-covered trees! It was truly a dream I'll remember for the rest of my life! Thank you! Highly recommended!

5.00A really lovely experience. Our session was not too busy and there is plenty of choice of saunas and hot tubs. Staff were super attentive bringing drinks in the hot tub! Highly recommend.

5.00This was the most amazing experience. I was nervous at first as I really feel the cold but going from the hot tub to the saunas wasn’t too cold, I even tried the ice bath. I preferred Lapland Winter Park to Santa’s Village. The animals looked well cared for and looked happy.

5.00Husband and I had an enjoyable time trying out the hot tubs, saunas and icy plunge pool! Several saunas to try and three hot tubs. Sauna guide was lovely and encouraged us to try a roll in the snow between saunas! Despite it seeming very busy in the changing room, we always managed to find an empty sauna to enjoy in peace.

5.00Great experience. After a whole sauna session, didn't even mind the -30c temperature. You need to bring your own swim shorts/swimsuit since the saunas are for both male and female
