You will be taken on a northern lights hunt with a professional photographer in a spacious van. (Comfort is important for road trips, as we travel at least 50 km—but usually around 120 km one way—to find the darkest spot.) A delicious Finnish Sandwich and berry tea are on the menu for the night to satisfy your hunger. Since our priority is finding a clear spot for the northern lights, we don’t set up a barbecue for unnecessary sausages. Based heavily on cloud coverage and solar wind data, you may visit 2 to 3 different viewpoints from the 100 we have mapped, discovered all across Finnish and Swedish Lapland. Some say it’s a nice road trip; others call it a true northern lights hunt. Due to weather conditions, we always send an information email to our guests by 13:00 at the latest on the day of the tour. Sometimes, we may need to depart 1 hour earlier or later to find better weather. Our tours usually start between 18:30 and 19:00 and end around 01:00 to 03:00.

5.00We arrived in Rovaniemi on a Friday night with a fixed goal in mind: to see the Northern Lights. We knew that the period was not the best, indeed, many were telling us clearly that the season was now over and that we should resign ourselves. But when you want something with all your heart, you don't stop at hearsay. We insisted and booked through GetYourGuide, determined to play it all for everything. Saturday evening was a crescendo of anticipation and adrenaline. Thanks to a direct line on WhatsApp, our appointment was moved by half an hour to half an hour: the experts were monitoring the sky, waiting for the perfect moment. What for others might have seemed a setback, for us was confirmation of the seriousness of the team. Finally, at 11:30 p.m., he arrived: Muhammet Emin, our guide. To call it just a guide would be simplistic. Muhammet was a formidable "light hunter", a professional capable of transmitting joy and optimism at every moment. He guided us through the Finnish night, stopping at various strategic points. And every time we got out of the car, there it was: our aurora. That coveted, fabulous and magical light that danced for us. It was a total experience: between music, hot tea, sweets and lots of joy, we enjoyed a show that we will always carry in our hearts. Special thanks to Muhammet for his sympathy and incredible expertise. If you are undecided, listen to us: try. It is an emotion that everyone should experience at least once in their life. It's amazing how the wait (from 9pm to 11:30pm!) made the moment of the apparition even more magical, don't you think? You guys were great not to give up!

5.00Punctual and impeccable service, a wonderful experience. We left later than the agreed time so that the weather conditions were optimal. We left at 11:15 pm on April 18, fearful of seeing nothing but our guide Muhammet Emin was nothing short of exceptional. Nice, helpful, kind, in addition to cheering us up with jokes and music, he offered us a hot drink and a treat and took us wherever we could admire the dawn. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. Thanks to the agency and Emin.

5.00Had an amazing experience with this team, we went in April knowing v well that the chances are slim due to not so dark sky and overcast but I’m so glad i chose these people! They welcome you, explain in simple terms how northern lights work, dampen your expectations (best thing to do) and take you to the best spots with clear skies full of stars! It was so beautiful even before the lights display and when the show started, it was surreal. This experience is better to do it with a team that is passionate and enjoys the aurora just as much and talks about it endlessly!! And just when you are contempt, they’ll provide hot juice and some snacks and play the best songs ever ❤️ We were lucky to see the lights close to rovaniemi but this team would drive you as long as they can and give their 200% until they find the clear skies!! Just go with them, thanks Rasa and Emin for the unforgettable experience. I hope you continue this for a loooong time :)

5.00It was an amazing adventure. I loved seeing my guide Rasa hunt the lights, looking at the sky and the scientific data to get us the best spot. The van was super comfortable too! And the warm berry juice was the cherry on top. For my family, it was worth the price. The trip lasted for about 5 hours and we got two spots to see the auroras. Also they take the most amazing photos and send them to was with a link; they are included in the package. We really enjoyed the experience.
