2.00I wish i could say something nice. But AFTER we had to pay, the tour went from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, meaning 11:30 pm end time. We had other plans for the next day and thats just too late. And too late to get a refund.

5.00Through Rudy we were shown local and authentic places in a cozy Mood far away from mass tourism. There was also a lot to learn about Hungarian history. Perfect guide for a cozy pub evening.

5.00Great tour of three Ruin bars. Each different and interesting. Loved the perspective on cultural transitions of the nation and the better understanding of the political influences. I would 100% recommend.

5.00We chose this tour our last night in Budapest. It was the perfect end to an incredible trip. I had heard a lot about Ruin Bars and knew I needed to see some. We quickly realized they are very similar to the more unpretentious Hipster spots in the US. Rudy was our guide and provided incredible conversation and perspective about Hungary. Rudy took us to places we never would have found as tourists and gave tips on which beers to try at each spot. Rudy was able to answer questions about history, culture, and government structure to help us understand Hungary and its beautiful people better. This is the perfect tour for those wanting a connection with the tour guide, a deep dive into culture, and seeing some Hungarian "hipster" bars.

5.00I've joined a second tour with Living Local Hungary and also I did not regret this one either. The tour was informative, Balazs did his best to educate us about the story of the Jewish Quarter (called Party District now), and we had an amazing chat in a very comfortable environment while having the chance to try some beers. Would do again.
