Our guide Jhonny was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and answered our questions. I would not have enjoyed the tour nearly as much without him.

This was a perfect half-day excursion! Jhony was a wonderful tour guide - prompt, knowledgeable, and fun. We spent almost two hours at the archeological site and even had an hour in the market to eat, drink, and shop. We were back at the hotel by 1pm because there were no other stops. We really enjoyed our you today, and Jhony was fantastic.

Despite only being a four-hour tour (including transit) it was a fabulous tour! The new Jaguar park surrounding the ruins is very well maintained, and makes it much easier to get to, from, and around the ruins. I would recommend this tour to anyone staying in the Playa del Carmen area since the ruins are only an hour away. Although it was busy, our guide Fernando was great and knew how to get us from place to place throughout the park and around the ruins while sharing with us the history of the Mayan people. It can get very hot, so make sure to bring lots of water and sunscreen, but this is definitely a must see spot! You can experience ruins and gorgeous ocean views all in half a day. The park also had a great souvenir shop, so we were able to make the most of our time in the Jaguar Park and Tulum Ruins. TIP!: We were told they don't allow disposable water bottles into the park, so bring a reusable one. They did check our bags for cigarettes and vapes so definitely leave those at home or in the vehicle if you can.

Our tour guide Yosua (Josh) was amazing. Super knowledgable and friendly. Duration of the tour was perfect to get a lot of what we wanted to learn and see at Tulum without being too long. Drive there and back was very comfortable as well. Highly recommended.

Our tour of the Tulum ruins with Jhony was an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, sharing fascinating details about the history of the site in a way that was easy to follow. The express tour was the perfect option since we had a baby with us, and being back by noon worked out great. Even though the weather was rainy, Jhony made sure the tour was still enjoyable and informative. He was also very considerate throughout the day and gave us helpful recommendations that added to our overall experience.

Jhony was a 6 (!!) star guide for our express tour. Picked us up on time at our hotel in a comfortable SUV—3 people party. Drive to Tulum interesting and informative—even stopped so we could get coffee. Early September so site not at all crowded. Pointed out many fun details on walkway in—huge termite nest in tree! Had a huge selection of photos/illustrations on iPad to help explain the site once inside. SO informative. One of our party who travels extensively said he was a primo guide. Return trip got us to hotel on schedule. All of us were very pleased with this service. Highest recommendation. Note: site rules forbid taking plastic water bottles into the site, and it gets hot there. Maybe a FULLY stainless steel bottle would be acceptable?

From the warm smiles of the driver Charlie to the amazing knowledge of Ulises. This was a great experience that I would highly recommend. The private tour is absolutely the way to go. They are both professional and really down to earth.
