• No show from tour operator at pickup!! Waited an hour...

  I would love to leave a positive review for this trip but as the pickup never turned up, waited an hour, I am unable to. I tried contacting them on the chat facility in the booking confirmation but no response from them. I then spoke to Viator via WhatsApp but they got no response either so am now awaiting a refund and explanation. So on this basis not a trip I can recommend.

  My friends and I had the best time on this tour. We drank, we learned, we ate, we laughed and boy did we dance!!!! John had amazing knowledge about the and how to develop a relationship with it.   I booked this tour for my husband and I to do something different and get away from the resort. We had a blast! They had a driver pick us up at Atlantis Royal to go to the meeting spot to get on the party bus. There were two other couples from a cruise ship in our tour, which we got to know and it was very fun enjoying this experience with them. We all came up with tour names for each other! Rum drinks were served on the bus, and we did a full rum tasting as well. There were about 10 different rum and rum cocktails that we tried during the tasting. Maybe more! The tour guide was very fun and she knew a LOT about rum. We also tasted rum cakes, chocolates from Graycliff, some different wines, and the highlight for my husband was seeing how they made the fresh cigars at Graycliff. He got a couple as well. We had to get to Baha Mar for an early dinner reservation (5:00), so she arranged a driver to drop us off there. The cruisers with us had more time so she was taking them to cabbage beach for an hour. Overall it was a really fun experience for the price, we got to do some tourism in town, and they were very accommodating to everyone’s needs/schedules. Eat a big breakfast beforehand!

  Had a fantastic time! Lots of fun with great people and lots of booze! Staff did a great job keeping track of our group and added their Bahamian perspective. Highly recommend! Great party atmosphere!

  Disappointed in this tour. We happened to be an hour early and saw the tour guide, she was looking around and walking frantically until she got on a bus. When it was time I texted and the response was that they were going to be late due to a late hotel arrival. Our tour was 20 minutes late, disorganized and did not ask for our tickets or confirm all guests were present. We did not go to the cigar factory first, we did go to a rum cake store where we got a sample but no info on how they were made etc, just if we wanted to buy. We then went to a private building to for a rum tasting (again not as described). We were told we were going to do a chocolate and coconut rum tasting but they ran out of coconut rum and had only a little chocolate left. We were then asked if we wanted to go to the beach, get food or both. We decided as a group to go for good and at the drivers suggestion went to a place she recommended. The restaurant took so long that we were an hour over our time. We hurried to the cigar factory and chocolate factory where we were provided 2 chocolate chips to sample. We did not receive any cigars or useful information about cigar making nor the chocolate making. The driver did take us back privately so we would not miss our boat which was much appreciated. However, our tour guide was not informative, did not lead well and was not able to provide much beyond what we could see with our eyes. At one point a guest asked if we were still going to see Bob Marley’s house and she replied no, he’s never lived here and seemed confused at the question. This tour should really be renamed or redone to be accurately reflected.

  It was an absolutely great experience. Great vibes and great people. Definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

  Hi, they failed to state that meet up location was blocked by construction so we missed the pick up time completely. We did not receive a refund not even a partial refund. Do not book! So disappointed as this was my birthday trip and first time in the Bahamas.
