The waiting area where you wait for your tour to start was very beautiful however the tour itself was horrible the trolly had this loud vibration noise and I could not hear anything our tour guide was saying. I went for the history Bacardi and learn nothing .The tasting part was ok as well as the tour guy explaining each liquor was good.

Fun laid back tour. Probably best to remember to eat something before the tour. You will be drinking great rum.

This tour was a gift for my son and his wife. They had a great time and enjoyed it very much! I would recommend this tour if you’re visiting the island.

Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions, provided an immense amount of historical information and gave suggestions on how to incorporate the rum into cooking and desserts. We highly recommend this tour.

The tour was very good. Adrien was our guide and he was excellent. The security was a nice touch h and he was very kind in getting a buggy for us because of the rain. The grounds were beautiful and very well cared for

We enjoyed our visit but did not see any of the rum production process; we were driven around the Bacardi campus in a small “road train” and shown a variety of storage/aging tanks and buildings. Our guide cheerfully directed a tasting of 4 of the distillery’s products. Later, we each drank an included a mojito at the visitors’ pavilion. This was a good experience although a bit pricey.

We arrived 2 hours beforehand to park. We never got to tour because we didn't find any parking. Trip Adisor should have warned us to arrive4 hours before.

Had a wonderful time. Loved the experience prior to the tour in the bar area; great drinks. Really cool to hear about the history of Bacardí. Our guide Esther was AMAZING; knowledgable, super fun, insightful during the tasting. 10/10 would do it again!
