Tour guide was terrific. She really knew her stuff. The rum tasting was great. The tour itself left alot to be desired as we just drove past a few buildings. I would have liked to walked through the buildings to see the entire process.

Was exactly as advertised. We tasted 4 different rums. Violet was our guide both on the tram and the tasting. She was very knowledgeable about the rum.

I was extremely dissappointed with booking this trip through trip advisor. My booking was for 10:30 and i was advised to get there 30 mins before toir, took an uber there and was told that the Casa Bacardi opens at 10:30 and we will have to wait at tye gate until 10:30, we finally got inside and they had to change our time to 12:15 as there was no tour for the time trip advisor gave us. I would not recommend this tour through trip advisor. However the tour itself was great. Our guide was Ambar and she did an excellent job.

Had an amazing experience, Ambar was the BEST!!!!..we had a small group. I Love Ambar's vibe and her knowledge. The tasting was very interestingand tasty and I also learned a few things about rum I never knew. I would definitely recommend.
