Your Rumija 4x4 adventure begins in Bar with a visit to one of its most iconic landmarks – the Old Olive Tree, over 2,000 years old and among the oldest in Europe. 5.00This was an amazing excursion, breathtaking views that I will never forget. Amazing and super friendly group, willing to go and beyond to make sure you are having a great moment. Lunch was super delicious. The whole group was super happy and excited to be there. Thank you Drago for that yummy bottle of wine. My birthday lunch was superb. Many thanks to all of you!!

5.00Dan was our driver for this wonderful experience in Bar, Montenegro! Dan was filled with colorful stories and lots of history as he drove us around this beautiful area. We thoroughly enjoyed his company! But by far the highlight of the day was Drago’s exceptional lunch! You will not be disappointed by his and his family’s culinary expertise! Everything was positively delicious. The entire day was beyond our expectations. Do not hesitate to book with Drago. He communicates well with his guests and is anxious to please!

5.00Our family had a wonderful experience on this tour. Our driver took very good care of us and was very engaging. The whole crew was wonderful to interact with and the food was AMAZING. It shows they take very much pride in their homeland and happy to share with others. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00What a great experience. I really enjoyed learning about the history and culture of the Montenegrans. The traditional lunch was definitely the highlight of the tour. Drago was an exceptional host and an equally exceptional cook. Great food, shared in a family atmosphere.

5.00I booked this excursion because our cruise ship was stopping in Bar, Montenegro. I had so much fun, our driver Milan was so knowledgeable and passionate about his country. He told stories about its history and he took us to see the Old Olive Tree. And yes, I walked around it 3 times for good luck! Then we took an exhilarating ride up the mountain. Oh, the views!! It was beautiful. But the best part was Drago's lunch. It was a feast of slow cooked meat, vegetables, wine, pomegranate juice, local liqueur (my brain can't remember what it was called)...maybe I drank too much of it, lol. It was a great day and I highly recommend this trip.

5.00This excursion, by Rumija Experience, offer Jeep Tours up high in the mountains above Bar. It had an excellent feel about it from the moment we booked it 2 months earlier, through Get Your Guide. The comms prior to meet up were clear, friendly and informative. When on a cruise, it is concerning that by not booking an excursion with the Ship, you leave yourself open to missing the ships departure if something goes wrong. Drago and his team reassured us that we would be back in good time. The team took us up to places no one else could get to. The sights and views were spectacular. The road was narrow and fairly steep in places but the jeeps managed to get up without any problems. There were four of us in the car, with Drago’s best friend, Milan, as our driver and tour guide. It was a bit of a squash but the other couple were really nice and it didn’t matter. The weather wasn’t as good as it could have been with occasional light showers. Milan said that they did change our route slightly but the views, as I said, were amazing. The most fantastic part of it was meal at Drago‘s house, 3,000 ft up in the mountains, where he had an amazing barbecue type affair which had cooked rib beef in an enclosed barrel for 3 hours, having been marinated for 24 hours. The result was delicious tender and tasty beef, with accompanying vegetables. We also drank his own red wine and Grappa and tasted his own olive oil. It was just great. In all, there were 5 jeeps and therefore 20 of us, all from our ship. The tour, including the fab lunch, lasted 5 hours. Ideal for those who like something different and, if you are like me, with limited mobility, it was effortless, with easy walking at the various vantage points. A truly memorable experience and highly recommended.

5.00What a great experience learning about the history and culture of the region with some beautiful views across Bar and the Adriatic sea. A warm welcome in Drago's home for some lovely authentic home cooked food. Our driver was friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable throughout the trip. Recommend this trip to all, especially for a cruise shore trip as got back in plenty of time for boarding the ship.
