  Very impressed by staff quick and professional responses. When I hesitated about my itinerary, which required a 2d stay in Aguas Calientes, they offered extremely helpful advice and arranged for a guide, Samuel, to pick me up at the station. Samuel quickly helped me purchase my ticket for Machu Picchu the next day and provided many valuable suggestions. He’s an excellent, friendly, and professional guide for the tour! I had a wonderful day at MachuPicchu, everything went smoothly, making it the most memorable experience of my solo travels. Thank you so much to the professional team.

  SAP was very accommodating and well organised. I had to change some plans due to illness and they were very helpful, even answering messages in the middle of the night. Whilst I normally travel more independently I can highly recommend them. I had a wonderful few days out of Cusco including Machu Picchu which was well worth the trip..Astonishing.

  The tour experience was pretty good. Throughout the trip, we were well taken care of and saw all the attractions we wanted to visit. We are very grateful to our guide. In the future, when we return to Peru for travel, we will choose to work with SAP again.

  The team has provided us with an amazing experience to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Our tour guides, Sandro and Samuel, gave us a thorough and interesting tours for both sites.   We are very grateful to SAP for all the arrangements, the plan is very reasonable and considering the needs of me and my friends to catch up a plane and so on, which makes us feel very warm and happy. I recommend SAP to everyone!

  Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip. My tour guide, Sam, was highly professional. He was well aware of Machu Picchu’s weather and the daily entry conditions. The night before our visit, he provided a detailed explanation, and the next morning, he chose the perfect time for our departure, allowing us to avoid waiting in line at the bus station. Once we arrived at Machu Picchu, Sam efficiently managed our time. He informed us when the fog was likely to clear so we could see a clear view of Machu Picchu and made great efforts to find the best spots for us to take photos, ensuring we had ample time for pictures. While waiting for the fog to lift, he shared fascinating stories about the Inca Empire and was always happy to answer our questions.

  From the press to the departure, there are clear guidelines and professional guidance. The guide is also proactive to introduce that beautiful country to the most beautiful, and also help us to the card, so that we have a happy meal. Thank you to Simon (samuel). It is worth mentioning that because each of us has a large suitcase, a little big for 2 days and 1 night, the train will also be charged extra.   The views are amazing and we really enjoyed our trip, especially in MachuPicchu. Thanks to the guide, Samuel, we know about the history of the MachuPicchu village and mountains, which makes the trip more interesting.   We really enjoyed this tour, especially the tour with MACHUPICCHU, the guide is the most amazing guide we had in South America, he is very knowledgeable about the subject, explained all the history and culture so well, his English and storytelling skill is the top level, really the top tier guide, we felt like we traveled back to the Inca time with his story. Also he takes great pictures, helped us captured a lot of memories. Would highly recommend this tour and guide to my friends.
