You will ride in a group of 12-14 people with a super experienced captain (he has travelled in the seas of almost all the world, even the North Sea) with practice of over 8,000 miles per season.

You will have a personal guide who will explain in brief and in simple words the history of the archipelago and Sardinia in your language.

You can see almost all the islands of the Maddalena archipelago (there are 7).

The other destination is Santa Maria island, very famous for its wonderful water. We take photos during an aperitif. Then we pass the Maddalena island and Santo Stefano and Caprera islands Upon arrival, we admire Porto Palau from the sea and the lookout on Capo d 'Orso

Budelli arcipelago Maddalena

The next island of our trip is Budelli, where we make two stops - one in Spiaggia Rosa - one stop of one hour, you can admire the white sand and swim in the transparent turquoise water, and the other stop is in Spiaggia dei Cavalieri, where we do bathroom and lunch on board

Due to a severe wind warning, our pickup location changed which was no issue and we took the ferry back to Palau for pickup. This was our first time on a sailboat in truly windy conditions so the swells were for very large for us and we didn’t expect the boat to sail on such an extreme angle in such large waves. We would have liked for a safety briefing (especially to know where life jackets were, even while we’re good swimmers) when we first got on board, especially with the severe wind this day. With that said, it was very clear Yuri and Ines were very experienced and knew what they were doing. Eventually the wind settled and also where the stops were made, the water was much more calm and SO beautiful. Snacks, drinks and a delicious pasta lunch were served. Overall it was a really awesome day and would recommend this trip, but would also recommend bracing yourself if it is a windy day!

What a fantastic day sailing on this tour. The staff were great, and the sail boat was clean and comfortable. We made several stops to swim and explore and Also had snacks and lunch. There were 10 guest on board, so it was not crowded. Perfect day, perfect experience!

Fantastic in all facets. The crew was very service minded. Good space and condition of boat. Nice food. The most beautiful locations. We can't praise it better. Holiday's highlight. And yes, actually cheaper than lying on a beach chair and buying food at a beach bar. It's more expensive.

A beautiful sailboat ride, the most natural means of transport possible on the water. We watch the skippers at work manipulating the ropes and the bar. Visits to beautiful little coves with turquoise waters, Thanks to Massimo and Samuel our skippers of the moment. Max and Pamela.

I highly recommend this sail boat tour out of Palau. We started with an under sail (motor off) out to the La Maddalena archipelago. We stopped for a swim in crystal clear waters. Came back to the boat for morning tea, which was really good. We then sailed onto see the pink beach which they are currently trying to rejuvenate. We came back to the boat for lunch which was part of the tour. Drinks were provided. Then we sailed onto another spot for another swim. Then back to the boat for afternoon tea. Then it was back to Palau. We were out for about 6 hours which was a good duration for a boat tour. The crew were great. Very attentive and good natured. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Very smooth and fun day in this tour! They were careful in separating the people who spoke the same language in the same boat, which is helpful, specially when traveling solo. The crew was really great! Super helpful, fun and caring! I highly recommend this tour!

Fabulous boat and superb day out. We were so well looked after by our hosts for the entire day. We went to some beautiful beaches that you can only get to by boat. We’ve never seen such stunning places. Plenty of food and drink throughout the day too. If you’re wondering whether to book this then just do it.. worth every penny.. and I don’t even like boats!!
