Come celebrate Disney's blockbuster, Hocus Pocus! Starring Better Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy, Hocus Pocus has become one of the most beloved movies. The majority of the movie was filmed in Salem in 1993. We will take you to 5 of the locations used in the filming.
Along the way, you will also hear about the Salem Witch Trials, the maritime history, how we became the "Witch City", and more!
*There is a considerable amount of walking (~3 miles) at a very fast pace. This walk can be very strenuous and is not recommended for those with the following:
back, knee, or hip problems, respiratory, circulatory, cardiac issues or recent surgeries.
Pioneer Village is a $5 optional fee (Seasonal only)
****The tour ends in a different location than the start - please plan accordingly. Transportation will not be provided by WCWT.

Our Tours run rain or shine, we do not cancel for weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress accordingly..
There is uneven terrain and parts are NOT wheelchair/scooter/stroller accessible. Please be prepared.
Not for those with back, hip, neck, joint problems. Very fast tour and challenging terrain..
By choosing to purchase a ticket, you and your ticketed guests will be agreeing to our liability waiver which includes a release of liability on our tours as well as a photo release.

We do not enter any buildings on this tour, this is an outdoor activity only.
Tour group size may be up to 40 guests per group
There are no public restrooms on the tour route. Please plan accordingly.
Pioneer Village is not open on weekdays . So if you choose to book this tour on a weekday you will not gain entrance. Pioneer Village also closes during inclement weather due to muddy conditions..
We cannot be held responsible if Pioneer Village is closed without notice.
Pioneer Village (optional with $5 fee) is normally open June through October. Weekends only.

5.00We had such an incredible experience on this tour! From start to finish, everything was so much fun. Our guide Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience both fun and informative. We got to see and learn so much, and the pace was perfect—not rushed, but never boring.

5.00Michael was incredible. We are locals, but we never did any tours. The history of Salem is incredible, and Michael was kind, made sure everyone was there, and made sure everyone was safe.. Here is what I would pay extra money for, maybe a shuttle bus to take us back to down town..

5.00We had such a great time on the Hocus Pocus Tour in Salem! Michael was very informative and made the experience even better with all of his movie references, it really brought the magic to life. A few tips for future visitors: when they say it’s a walking tour with no bathrooms, they mean it; plan accordingly! You’ll see all of the filming sites from the outside, and if you’d like to go inside some of them, you can pay separately to visit after the tour. Also, note that the tour doesn’t end where it starts, so you’ll need to find your own transportation back to your car. We recommend using the Salem Skipper, it was quick and convenient and less expensive than Uber. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience, especially for Hocus Pocus fans!

5.00One of the most fun tours we did while in Salem. Michael was hilarious and even though I was the only one on the tour that hadn't seen Hocus Pocus I had a great time. I am going to watch that movie since everyone was so into it.
