5.00Full day, plenty of breaks, not rushed. Basic tour of Sound of Music and other key sites. Very good tour guide and super comfortable ride in a large Mercedes van for 8. Highly recommend!

5.00This was a wonderful tour. Although the fog covered the lakes in the morning. We went to Salzburg first, saw many Sound of Music filming sights, and by the afternoon the fog was gone and had a beautiful lake experience. Our guide, Robert, did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

5.00We took the one day trip to Salzburg. Joseph was our driver/docent. Joseph shared historic and geographic information about Salzburg, Austria and Vienna (our starting point). The tour was informative and we had time to walk Salzburg on our own, tour the Christmas market, ride the funicular to the Archbishop's Palace and have the most excellent chocolate torte at The Hotel Sacher. We did not feel rushed. Joseph was also an excellent driver.

5.00Amazing experience. Robert was our driver/tour guide. This was an eight passenger Mercedes van with seven people. Along the drive to Salzburg we learned a lot of history about the area as we passed along, and the Hapsburgs and the Romans as well. Robert's memory is amazing and I wonder if he used to be a history teacher. We made a stop or two along the way. In Salzburg we parked at a church and began a walking tour. Robert was so enthusiastic about the subject and that made it all come alive. At the end of the walking tour we had maybe two hours (or more) to find ourselves a lunch spot. We found a great one along a passageway....Goldgasse. Very small place but we got the last table. After that we walked back to the van and rode back to Vienna. It was a long day but our fellow passengers were fun and we recommend this tour to everybody.

5.00Josef was a great tour guide. The lake area was beautiful and Salzburg was incredible. I do recommend not booking a Sunday, however, if shopping is what you want. Most shops are closed on Sundays.
