Free entry to Mirabell Gardens: The gardens are partially closed in winter, so it’s best to visit in spring, summer or autumn. For guest safety, in the event of extreme weather conditions (such as snow), we will offer an alternative route to the gardens. From 21.11 to 05.01, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead.
Public squares in the Old Town can get very crowded during special events such as musical performances, festivals, etc.

5.00The tour guide was excellent - he covered many sites and got straight to the point while being very pleasant and friendly. We have done other tours where the children (ages 5-16) were bored silly but this was different. Brilliant way to see Salzburg. 5 stars!!
