The experience begins with a visit to a lively local bazaar to purchase fresh ingredients and interact with friendly vendors. Back at the home, you will be introduced to fragrant rice, fresh vegetables, quality meat, and aromatic spices. Together, you will prepare the ingredients, slice carrots in traditional style, and cook the dish step by step in a large kazan over an open flame.
