Panjakent

After breakfast we will leave to Tajikistan border at 8:00. Departure from Samarkand. After crossing the border on foot, your guide will meet you on the Tajik side and transfer you to Pankijent city and continue to the Fann Mountains. Discover the vibrant Panjakent Bazaar, where you can experience local life and shop for unique souvenirs.

Seven Lakes

Journey to the Seven Lakes, we stop to each one for photos. Guided hike along the lakes 2-3 kilometers: Admire the unique beauty of each lake. Picnic at the last lake.

Artuch

Late afternoon we will drive to Artuch village 80 km, then continue on to a charming guesthouse in a nearby mountain village. Relax, explore local life, or take an optional light hike before a home-cooked dinner. Dinner will share in the local house. Overnight stay at guest house.

Kulikalon Lakes

After breakfast at Artuch village (2,700 m), start your hike to Kulikalon Lakes. The trek covers approximately 12 kilometers round trip with altitude ranging from 2,700 meters at Artuch up to about 3,100 meters near the lakes. Enjoy the stunning alpine scenery before returning to Artuch.

Artuch

Enjoy the stunning alpine scenery before returning to Artuch. Picnic lunch on the trail. Descend back to the village and drive to Panjikent in the late afternoon. Return to Samarkand.
