You will gain more awareness about your body and mind, through practicing swordsmanship, physical exercises from ancient Japanese tradition, meditation.
It will be held in the most beautiful natural setting in Japan.
Sounds play a critical role in this program.
All things, including humans and objects, are said to emit vibrations and sounds. We will shower you with healing sounds. The healing sounds will purify you, while the sounds of flute and energizes you.
There also will be playing music improvised on the spot for you along with authentic sword dance, that will reach your soul and ignite your heart.

The host Yusuke is a teacher and performer of Japanese sword art who is the champion of the sword skill tournament. Yoshino is dancing & singing artist. They are both accomplished artists who perform around the world. ◎program 1. Introducing 2. Changing the clothes into "kimono" and "hakama" is samurai style. 3.Cleanse your body and mind with the clean water of the river 4.A performance of the sword of beginnings by Yusuke, the winner of the Japanese competition 5. Sound meditation to purify the mind 6. Standing Zen meditation in the nature 7. Practicing swordsmanship You'll learn how to handle the Japanese sword(katana) with unsharpened one(not real sword) and basic movement. 5.00Incredible experience in learning around kenjutsu and sensei was passionate in the teaching. Samurai authentic experience with sound healing meditation was something I will always remember. Great English and clear with the teaching, also love the combination with breathing techniques and harnessing connection with nature.

5.00I had an incredible experience at Yusuke-San's class. From the beginning, we felt safe and welcomed at the retreat in the foothills of the picturesque Mt Fuji. We were given an outline of what to expect for the day, and every activity that we participated in was nothing short of amazing. The way we were able to experience authentic ancient traditions is something that I will never forget. I came out of the class with my mind and spirit refreshed and reset. I highly recommend this retreat for anyone looking to escape the busy cities of Japan to clear their minds and hearts.

5.00Such an incredible experience!! The instructor is a real samurai who has trained for 19 years! He shows you his personal katana swords, teaches you how to use them and then helps you slash a rolled-up tatami mat. It was really fun and I actually felt accomplished at the end! Also, he’s a wonderful musician and plays the flute, the sound bowl and chants while you lay down in a historic Japanese house with nature all around you. It was a great combination of activity and relaxing!

5.00Absolutely superb afternoon with Yusuke. Spiritual, relaxing, fun and exciting. A warm welcome followed by a real mix of tradition and of course a good dose of swordsmanship.
