  I’ve paid for a San Andres underwater tour with glass bottom, unfortunately we couldn’t take the tour due to technical problems with the boat. Later we realised the boat always was under technical problems, that means the tour provider is selling the tickets tour with no boat for the customers it is a doggy provider, unfair tour.

  The company didn't deliver the service I received confirmation I call them at at 7:55 am. Nobody answered. My girlfriend went to the the meeting point in Marina Toninos. She arrived some minutes after 9:30 am A lady that work at the marina tried to help finding the company staff and she didn't find anybody  I have to install WhatsApp on my phone to be able to reach this people  They start writing, since they never held a phone conversation, that we have to call before 10:00 am which is exactly what I did at 7:55 am but nobody answered They recognize that there are services that operates without problems Again over and over they said I have to call them, but what I can do if they dodn't answer the phone They came with the story that they managed many points which in reality I didn't care That they are a big company, again I don't care. I just need to received the services that I bought Again that we have to call them before 9:00 am,  that is exactly why I did at 7:55 am and they didn't answer. At end I told them again that I called at 7:55 am, and they just didn't answer any more Attached are screenshot that demostrate what I said.

  This is a no good service. I went to the location and was told that they didn't know anything about purchasing a pass online. They strictly took only money,then the lady told me I was in the wrong place and pointed out another place. Which i went. The people there told me that I was in the wrong place. I didn't get to go.I tried calling albert Castillo who was communicating with me through WhatsApp..I asked him for a refund since I didn't get to attend. I never got it...do not purchase from this website!it's a scam

  The semi-submarine is a very good service when you go with your family to the island of San Andres, you can see the corals and marine species and they give us time to take a sea bath.

  We did not manage to do the boat trip because it was under maintenance and we were never notified. The port people know nothing and are rude.The operator was very friendly and helped us solve, we took another tour, but traveling with minors was not the best plan.

  In many decades of traveling I have never had a company as incompetent and unhelpful as their local agents Activitours/Mercatours, and Jennifer in April 2025 had a similar experience. We lost an entire morning of a 3 day vacation due to their incompetence. We booked a glass bottom boat trip, and after they charged us gave us conflicting incorrect information saying at first our tour was cancelled 2 days in because of tides ' absurd since there are no big tides in the Caribbean . When we changed to Wednesday we went to the marina they told us to visit, and nobody recognized the name of the person we were supposed to meet, We spent 2 hours at the marina to no avail, and wasted the morning. When we contacted them afterwards to ask for a refund, to add insult to injury, they said someone they knew said we were speaking badly about them at the marine. Then WHY THE HELL DIDNT THAT PERSON TRY AND HELP US. They denied our request for a refund until I had my bank cancel my payment 2 days later. THEN they said we had a refund. Avoid these clowns at all cost, incompetent and dishonest

  viator is completely in competent. they told us the trip was cancelled but still charged. they offered an earlier date ane we accepted, bit waited the whole mornong at the marina and nobody showed up

  Do yourself a favor and do not book anything with this company It’s an entire scam. I booked this excursion with my family and when I got there, there is no one from this company and I reached out to the phone number provided on the website through WhatsApp and call them and nobody responded back. I have been going back-and-forth with viator about getting my money back and the companies refusing to give me my money.

  It's too late to leave. More expensive by trip advisor than directly at the marina. Half messed up. Much waiting to board for 1 hour walk

  The tour was great. The boat took us to a beautiful spot to view fish, and allowed an opportunity to jump in the water and take in the under water views. The crew was friendly and kind. I would go again.
