If you are up for a mild amount of walking outdoors, this tour is a great way to see and the missions and to appreciate the different features of each sacred space. Mike is a fantastic guide and offers a local perspective from a native of the city!

Some walking involved. It does get hot. Need to drink water. Missions were very interesting and our guide was very knowledgeable!

Alex was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable of the history of each of the missions. He brought an iPad with photos of some of the structures before reconstruction and explains how they were built, who built them and which payments were original. Most enjoyable and highly recommended.

The driver/guide knew the subject matter cold. Alex was able to communicate info well and injected humor into what could have been very dry

The "San Antonio Missions UNESCO World Heritage Sites Tour" is a must-see for visitors to San Antonio. Even though you will be visiting churches and Christian Missions, the guided tour itself is worth it because the tour guide tells you a lot about historical and current events of the area; the tour guide's personal and passionate attention to detailed information makes your visit to san Antonio priceless.
