Embark on an unforgettable adventure to explore three stunning islands in San Blas, including exclusive access to Isla Misdup.
Visit Isla Yansa, one of the most beautiful inhabited islands in San Blas, with palm-fringed beaches, calm waters, and the chance to meet the friendly Kuna people. Rent a SUP board for added adventure or simply relax and enjoy the tropical paradise.
After a fresh fish or chicken lunch, continue to the Natural Pool, a sunken island where you can stand waist-deep in crystal-clear waters, marveling at sea stars and vibrant marine life.
Lastly, head to Isla Misdup, a secluded, uninhabited island with wild, pristine beaches. Enjoy the vast submerged sandbank and find your own private spot to relax.
Depart Isla Misdup between 3:00–3:30 PM and return to Panama City, arriving by 7:00 PM.

“Tigo” is the cell phone company that has the best reception in San Blas.
The use of drones is prohibited in San Blas! Heavy fines are imposed on those who ignore the rules.
The boat transfer from the port to the islands may be bumpy with some sea spray. If you are sensitive to motion sickness, please prepare accordingly by bringing appropriate medication. You may also get wet, so please bring some water protection for your luggage and yourself
You are welcome to bring a cooler with your own drinks, potable water, snacks and beverages (fruit juice or alcohol). The driver will stop at a supermarket on the way to San Blas in order for you to purchase additional items.
Please be prepared for a 2.5 hour car journey each way (1 hour on a highway and about 1.5 hours through the mountains over curvy roads! Please do not leave bad reviews because of the road. We try to warn you ahead of time ;)
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR ORGINAL PASSPORT. WITHOUT IT, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE GUNA TERRITORY AND THE SAN BLAS ISLANDS.
In San Blas Islands there are no ATMs, please bring cash. You can buy additional drinks, snacks, souvenirs etc.
SAN BLAS DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: ️ What to Expect on a San Blas Day Tour Transportation 2.5–3 hr ride from Panama City in shared 4x4s (6 passengers). Extra seat available at added cost. Pick-up 5:00–5:30 am — drivers can’t wait more than 10 min. Port check-in may feel informal, but the Kuna run it smoothly. 20–40 min boat ride (can be wet/bumpy). Boats may stop at other islands for guests. ️ Island Experience Rustic facilities: limited shade, basic bathrooms. Beaches often shallow — walk out further to swim. Islands can be busy in high season. Relaxed pace, no fixed schedules. ️ Food & Drinks Fresh meals (fish or chicken, rice, salad, patacones). One drink included (water, soda, or beer). Extra snacks/drinks available at port or on islands. Kuna Culture Only Kuna operate tours; most don’t speak English. Respect traditions: ask before photos, dress modestly in villages. Nature & Environment Plastic debris may wash ashore, though Kuna clean regularly. Sandflies/mosquitoes common in rainy season → bring repellent. Weather unpredictable; rain possible (no refunds). This activity involves entering and exiting boats on swim ladders. Depending on the tide, it may be challenging for some guests to enter and exit boats onto the boat dock, which may be significantly higher than the boat.

San Blas Islands
Visit the famous Natural Pool, a sunken island where you can stand in waist deep water on fine sand. Swim in this beautiful pool and take pictures with the starfishes! This is a once in a lifetime experience! Visit isla arena blanca and finish your tour at isla diablo/niadup where you can prepare in order to return to the port. Important: Itinerary may vary due to weather or ocean conditions.

5.00The drive is long and the winding road can make you sick even if you don't typically get motion sickness. There's a stop at a little grocery store with a cafeteria, and it's decently priced. Buy stuff from the islanders! They could really use the money, and they also don't charge as much as what we saw on the mainland. Be sure to get the fresh coconut. It's delicious! The islands are so beautiful! The shipwreck is a major highlight.

3.00There was no English guide available, even though I had selected that option. The worst part was that the driver changed the itinerary on the way back because he did not want to drive me to Panamá Pacífico due to the heavy traffic expected at the time his shift was ending. This sudden change and poor vehicle coordination caused seven guests to wait for another car for more than 40–50 minutes. During that time, I was bitten by bugs around 37 times. I couldn’t sleep all night due to the itching, and I regret giving him a tip earlier that morning.

5.00This trip is not for the faint at heart, be prepared for long hours on the road to get to the port and rough water rides. Pack food items and water and ice if needed. Be prepared to stay out all day visiting lots of islands and make sure not carry a dry bag . Pack light. It was adventurous. Enjoyed the scenery and seeing something new.

5.00Wonderful day trip from start to finish. The drivers was very friendly, punctual and accommodating. He made a special effort to advise us on route, in addition helped us spot monkeys and a sloth. The boat guide and driver were also very friendly and helpful. The views and islands were truly magical and we would highly recommend this. Excellent value . Lunch catered for all dietary requirements and was lovely. The scenery was epic and would be hard to beat anywhere on the globe. Highly recommended

5.00Incredible place where you can enjoy the pristine landscape and beauty of these islands. I snorkeled and it was amazing. Our driver Javier Antonio was extremely knowledgeable of the road and conditions that may the trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this trip and Javier was a top notch individual

3.00The first island where we had lunch, although it was beautiful, had many plants in the sea and it was uncomfortable to step on. The algae-free part didn't even reach the knees. The food was good size. The natural pool is nice, but I think you could avoid that stop because the next island was very nice and parts of the beach were like the natural pool. Turquoise and crystal clear water. Very warm and no waves. Of the best beaches I have ever visited. It was what made the tour worthwhile. Perhaps it would be better to tour that island alone and have lunch there. I wish I could have spent more time there. What I didn’t like is that the van is not comfortable for those going downtown in the second row and in the third row. It touched me right in the middle of the second row and I came in pain. I didn't have how to accommodate my legs and I'm small. My kids in the third row weren't comfortable either. Accommodating 6 passengers in a Fortuner is not comfortable for such a long journey.
