  We took 5 tours on our trip to San Francisco. This one was BY FAR the best! Dylan was an excellent host! The small van was clean, seats were very comfortable, we stopped for bathroom break several times, very informative/interesting information about the sites, stopped at excellent viewpoints for pictures. Muir Woods was beautiful and I was glad Dylan was driving! We had time to walk into The Cathedral of trees, get a hot sandwich, cookie and coffee, use the bathroom and get back onto van. Drove through Sausalito, then back to the warf. Perfect tour! Thank you, Dylan!

  Brilliant day in the end. Mixed messages re where to meet and which part of the trip was first but managed in the end. It says Sausalito in the description but we really only drove through the place. No time to stop and explore. Our driver Jules was amazing though. Very knowledgeable and funny.   Comprehensive tour that gave a great overview of San Francisco, Muir Woods and a visit to Alcatraz. The tour guide Per, was very engaging and had excellent knowledge of the area, also liked the way that he blended his playlist to match the tour with artists that had either recorded tracks in the area or had recorded songs that had San Francisco in the title. GREAT Job, I would highly recommend Dylans Tours.

  It was a wonderful experience. Definitely worth taking and our guide Per was very kind and knowledgeable…he made sure everything went smoothly and on time.

  Fantastic experience, you get to see a different side of San Francisco. We especially enjoyed the trip to Alcatraz.

  WOWEEEE! Muir Woods is absolutely amazing. The city part of the tour was very cool, too. A bit disappointed that we didn’t get time in Sausalito. The Bridge stop is neat. But Muir makes this tour worth it!

  

  

  

• Bait and switch

  I was so excited to find a tour that included the 3 things I wanted to do most in and around San Francisco!! The parts of the tour that were included were a great experience. However, after the very informative tour of San Francisco and the trip to Muir Woods (both great!), we went through Sausalito but did not stop at all. The description of the tour clearly included a stop in Sausalito with time to explore or grab a bite to eat. After someone complained we were told that the Sausalito stop was recently removed from the tour. That was never communicated to any of the participants before or during the tour...only when asked. We were immediately driven to the drop off for the Alcatraz tour with only about 10 minutes left to eat before we had to get in line for the ferry (with very little guidance on how to get to the ferry as well). Multiple people on the tour expressed frustrations and I definitely do not feel like I got what I paid for. Because we were visiting from the other side of the country, it is doubtful that we will get back anytime soon, so there is little chance we will get to experience Sausalito at all now. Not to mention we were 'hangry' at Alcatraz, so couldn't enjoy it completely. What started out as a great tour ended up extremely disappointing.

  Our tour with Jeffrey was amazing! We learned so much about San Francisco. The guided tour made it so easy to see so much in & around town in a short time. The Golden Gate Bridge & Muir Woods was such a highlight. We also loved China Town & Italy. Definitely worth your time & money to tour with Dylan Tours!

  This tour was not anywhere near worth the money. We were supposed to have 1.5 hrs at Murr woods, we were allotted barely an hour. We were supposed to be able to stop in Sausalito for lunch. We didn't get to do that at all. We got back with 20 mins to eat and get in line for the ferry to Alcatraz so we were super rushed. The tour guide was also in a big hurry from the minute we started. He also yelled and honked at cars on 3 seperate occasions. The stops were all rushed. And the tour was mostly the tour guide talking about music recorded in San Fran. Don't recommend for the price.
