  The day was almost 16 hrs long. Way too long with couple of unnecessary stops. Example- dinner stop with limited choices right before heading back. Could have saved 45-60 minutes. The seats did not have pockets to hold anything. Only one cup holder for 2 seats. Water not provided. The driver said he had it and will give at some point but never offered. Otherwise he seemed knowledgeable. Too much driving for one person. Bus was not that comfortable. Too bumpy in the back. Make it 13 hrs. Cut out extra stops and add a few basic things.

  We recently took a full-day group tour to Yosemite National Park, and I truly want to thank Sharon for making it one of the most well-managed and memorable days of our trip. From the very beginning, Sharon impressed me with her attention to detail and professionalism. She reached out to confirm pickup details a day in advance and ensured everyone was informed and aligned. She arrived exactly at 5:50 AM, right on time, and handled the early morning pickups smoothly while allowing passengers to rest during the first leg of the trip. What stood out throughout the journey was her constant thoughtfulness. From bathroom and breakfast breaks to carrying water bottles for all passengers, Sharon made sure every need was anticipated. She shared interesting facts along the way — from almond farms to the history of Yosemite — and even played music that perfectly matched the scenic route, adding a peaceful rhythm to the long drive. Once we entered Yosemite, Sharon led us through a stunning itinerary: • Tunnel View (a jaw-dropping start) • Bridalveil Falls (perfect for family photos) • Base Camp + Lunch • A light hike to Yosemite Falls and Swinging Bridge, where she personally helped everyone take beautiful photos • Then on to El Capitan, Half Dome, and finally, a walk through the majestic Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias It was a long day — but Sharon never once let her energy dip. What really amazed me was how she handled two unexpected situations during the return: 1. We ran out of water on a hot Yosemite afternoon. Sharon calmly pulled into a gas station to grab whatever bottles she could find and later picked up a full case at Rayleigh’s for everyone. 2. The AC failed after dinner. While some passengers were upset, Sharon stayed composed, contacted her team, and ultimately found a clever workaround by opening the windows until the outside temperature cooled. Thanks to her calm leadership, we reached San Francisco comfortably. But beyond all the logistics, what truly mattered most to me was how happy my family was. Sharon made extra efforts to check in on them, ensure they were comfortable, and went out of her way to help with photos and small acts of care. That kindness turned a beautiful tour into a lasting memory. And she did all this over a 15-hour day, balancing driving, guiding, troubleshooting, and being present with everyone. That’s not easy — but Sharon made it seem effortless. Thank you, Sharon, for your extraordinary dedication. I would absolutely go on another tour with you the next time I’m back in San Francisco.

  It was AMAZING!!!!!!! So incredibly beautiful!!!! So worth the trip! It was on our bucket list and it did not disappoint!!!!!

  The bus picked us up on time at the meeting point that was very close to our hotel. Driver Sharon was amazing at everything, commenting on the locations throughout the ride. I was very satisfied.
