Good communication & easy pick up. Jonathan was our driver & he was courteous & patient. It was dark & the directions to our airbnb were challenging but Jonathan was very helpful & patient.

Jonathan was superb. He was pleasant, kind, on time, very communicative during the entire process. We had a late arrival and he was very patient. Our drive was 30 min away from the resort. I will always utilize or request Jonathan!

We booked round trip transportation from the airport and back to the airport. My kids and I waited 30+ minutes outside in the ground transportation area. Our flight arrived at midnight so this wait was very inconvenient! Not worth it for the price. Transportation back to airport was on time.

Highly recommend Jonathan. We were a large family including 2 babies each under 2 years. He was extremely professional picking us up from the airport and patient with us. He even stopped for us to change the babies diaper. We told him our plans to rent a car and we are so glad we decided to cancel our rental and rely on him. He took care of us the whole time in Puerto Rico including dropping us from Old San Juan all the way to Loiza and from Loiza to the airport. It is stressful to travel with a big family and transportation is a key factor. We are so grateful to him for a wonderful experience. Book him! No need for a rental car.
