2.00Was VERY excited to go on this rare night time snorkeling experience. Yeshua was kind to reschedule for me when I had an urgency. However, when I informed him the next day of my worsened and uncontrollable health/food poisoning situation, prior to the start of the session, there was no response from him nor Jet Snorkel. Requested another session or a refund due to this unexpected health matter, but told that that the cancellation policy is clear, with seemingly minimal effort to understand this personal situation and efforts to communicate. Appreciate a refund of the $89 I paid to experience a dissatisfying chain of reviews and emails that were responded to with only negative and discouraging feedback, with NO snorkeling session with this company experienced during my first trip to Puerto Rico. Please refund me my money at this point. Very stressed, upset and dissatisfied with your customer service and taking advantage of my hard-earned money. This is the kindest way I could phrase my review, with 2 stars, given the stress of the situation and the bills I must pay as a NYC resident who went on the first vacation in 6 years and could not go snorkeling due to getting sick. Refund, please. Please. Thank you for your true understanding

1.00While appreciating this unique and rare night-time snorkeling opportunity, also truly disappointed in the tour operator of Jet Snorkel choosing to minimize communication and customer support. Not only were messages that I communicated regarding health issues that suddenly arose not responded to, I felt that I was talked down upon for such communication and told that I the cancellation policy was clear, indicating that customer service and satisfaction are clearly not a priority of this company… $89 is not simply money to me but means more importantly a memorable experience I now sadly will not have, as a NYC teacher who went on vacation for the first time in 6 years but had a truly dissatisfactory experience with someone not making an effort to understand personal uncontrollable situations. Truly hoping that future customers do not experience a stressful experience such as this. Appreciate a response to this, including a much appreciated non-expiring equivalent session for when I return, and to subsequently include a positive review of amazing customer and client service and to enhance Jet Snorkel’s business to attract PR visitors and experience. 5.00We had a great experience with the night snorkel! Host was very enthusiastic and excited to show us all the ocean has to offer at night. Very thorough with safety briefing and clearly wants the best for his guests. We saw turtles, squid, octopus, sting ray and fish!

5.00This was such a fun experience. We are avid snorkelers but haven’t had the courage or opportunity to go at night. Our guide Jeshua was GREAT and made us feel safe every step of the way. I loved how the coral and the turtles light up and glow in the LED lights. 10/10 experience and I’d highly recommend to anyone of any snorkel/swimming ability.
