This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.
We do not accept amendments less than 24 hours before the activity
December 31 We have a special midnight sailing to see the fireworks from the water

1.00It was advertised as a sunset cruise with refreshments and drinks. The drinks they provided were $8/box “Sangriiia Gasolina” pouches that could be purchased at the local Walgreens. People could only have one each. The “food” they provided included trays with 4 grapes per person, a sandwich pinwheel, and 3-4 soggy pretzels. In addition, my guests and other parties felt unsafe on the boat. The boat was uneven and we were told not to get up because it was over capacity and would tip/rock aggressively if we did. Halfway through the captain yelled at two men in Spanish as well as the tour guide and referred to us as stupid. He also threatened to take us all back ahead of the scheduled time because he did not like the guests on the boat. Overall, it was an experience that really affected our trip and made us feel scared and unsafe. It also was not the fun cruise that the listing made it out to be.

5.00This was truly a memorable experience for me & my family to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday, as well as our 1st time visiting Puerto Rico. An absolutely Amazing experience all the way around. I would absolutely recommend anyone to participate in this experience. They sung happy birthday to my mom & she was all smiles. This was an experience that I know we are all always and forever going to remember as a family.
Bad, bad experience the place was a hole in the wall. They didn’t give my refunds back.

1.00The worst experience ever the bus was late did not pick us up. We had to get a Uber to the location once we got to the location you had to have a code to get in there. It was in a hole in the wall. It was very cloudy and dark, so we never did get on the cruise boat and that they would not refund my money back so I had to pay twice back to my hotel from an Uber, I called the lady three and 45 times. She did not answer the phone. I left a voicemail and the company did not give my refund back so I did not get on the cruise boat but now I want my refund back. I will advise anybody who books with this company is the worst customer service in my life?
