  When we arrived for the tour, I had a fall in the parking lot. The diving team rushed over to make sure I was OK, offered to call 911 and send me to the ER, and could not have been more solicitous. Unfortunately, the weather was too windy to allow the tour to take place, but they then arranged an Uber to take us back to the cruise ship. We are sorry that it was impossible to snorkel, but quite understand, in the circumstances. Given our experience, I would book with this team anytime.

  We had a wonderful time snorkeling. We saw squid, a turtle, and many fish. The highlight was definitely the turtle!

  Samuel did amazing he made sure we were safe also took nice pictures and we got to see turtles. Samuel was very nice and polite the instructions were easy to follow overall 10-10

  Snorkeling was beautiful and fun. Sheala did a great job of wrangling us all to make sure we all had a great time and got to see everything including corals and best of all turtles.

  The people were very nice. The leader, Samuel, gave great instruction and led thru the water great. However, visibility was poor today. The owner used a drone to find a turtle for us to see. We each saw it only about 2 to 3 seconds. A few fish but not a lot else to see. Afterwards, it was explained that there used to be 11 turtles that lived in that bay but now they've dispersed. The people were wonderful but wildlife was less than we had hoped.

  Our guide was very kind & helpful as none of us had been snorkeling in an ocean before. We saw a variety of fish & 2 sea turtles.

  Took 2 boys aged 14 and 10 with me. Our guides Juan and Vivi were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we got to see everything that was in the sea that day. The boys and I will remember swimming with turtles for the rest of our lives. With photos and videos as well. The entire experience was flawless.

  Sheila was very helpful and stressed the importance of safety all while teaching us to use the gear. We did not see any sea turtles 🥺 but saw plenty of fish. The video was a nice touch. From meeting, going on safety and how to use equipment to getting in the water and finishing the session was a little less than an hour. Wasn’t offered water once we were finished, but that would have been nice.
