One reserved travelers will receive a confirmation which will also include their pick up information and directions for pick up once they have retrieved their luggage and is ready to exit the airport Once exciting the airport our dispatcher will the standing to the right with a welcome card displaying the name of the company and also name of the lead guest Guest will then be directed to their transportation to be taken to their respective hotels or destination. During the transfer your driver/guide will interact with you giving a brief insight of the area and answer any questions the guest will have. The conformation received will also have your pick up time at the resort to return to the airport. if there are changes to your return flight please inform us as soon as you receive them for us to update your departure information

5.00We prebooked a round trip shuttle from the airport in Montego Bay to our hotel (Iberostar Rose Hall) for 4 of us with 4 suitcases and carryon luggage. We paid through the link that was sent to us and we followed the clear directions provided in the confirmation email to follow the signs to the booth that had our name displayed. We were greeted by a friendly woman (can’t remember her name) who walked us to the waiting van to get us loaded up for the trip. Our driver to the hotel (can’t recall his name) was courteous and quiet, but responsive to questions. We felt confident we were in good hands. Our return trip with our driver, Keith was right on time. He greeted us in the lobby of our hotel and helped load the suitcases. He navigated us around a road closure and ensured we were at the airport with plenty of time. Excellent company and reasonable prices.

5.00With so many options to book private transportation we didn't know where to turn too. We decided to give RGS a chance for round-trip travel as this company came highly recommended in a facebook group. Let me tell you,Ryan did not disappoint!We were picked up on time from the airport and the instructions given on where to meet were precise. Ryan is very friendly and we felt safe in his hands. While at the resort we decided we wanted a taste of the real Jamaica. Ryan was able to provide us with one of his amazing drivers Keith to take us out for lunch and what an amazing experience it was! We will definitely use Ryan's service again next time we are in Jamaica. One Love ❤️

5.00Booked my airport transportation with Ryan and everything was great. Driver Keith was waiting for us upon arrival and no delays. Complimentary drinks was a great touch as well. Driver was very accommodating when looking to make a stop on way to resort. Will definitely be booking my future transportation with RGS travel.

5.00We used RGS at the recommendation of our Airbnb. Fidel picked us up at the airport on time and delivered us safely to our resort in Montego Bay. Fidel mentioned that RGS also does private tours and we booked a tour for later on in the week to the Blue Hole and tubing on the White River. Omar was our driver for the day and he was so timely and professional. I really enjoyed listening to him tell us about the history of the various sites we were seeing. He was so flexible. He recommended a local place called Scotchies for lunch and the jerk chicken and pork was so good. Omar also stopped by a local souvenir shop so we could pick up some souvenirs. It was a wonderful excursion. Fidel also picked us up and dropped us off safely at the airport when we flew home. I highly recommend using RGS and I will be returning to Jamaica in the future.

5.00We are so grateful that we took advantage of booking through Ryan not only for airport transfers but also for our Dunns River Falls excursion. Chris was our driver for all- we loved him! He shared so much history about Jamaica with us and made our rides so enjoyable. Ryan was always quick with responding to emails. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Cannot wait to come back to beautiful Jamaica!!
