Natural Bridges State Beach
Hey there, if you're looking for a beautiful coastal State park and beach, you should definitely check out Natural Bridges State Park in Santa Cruz, CA. It's an excellent vantage point for viewing shore birds, migrating whales, and seals and otters playing offshore. Plus, in the Fall, it's a natural habitat for migration Monarch Butterflies. The park also offers a monarch butterfly migration preserve and exhibit, picnic areas, hiking trails, an accessible boardwalk, and a memorable sandy beach. Further along the beach, public access tidepools offer a glimpse of life beneath the sea. Low tides reveal sea stars, shore crabs, sea anemones, and other colorful ocean life. It's one of the best spots in Santa Cruz to watch the sunset, play in the waves, or see some local wildlife. So, grab your sunscreen and head over to Natural Bridges State Park for a fun time!

5.00I first encountered Ride California through their Half Moon Bay route and was so impressed with the experience that I wanted to check out their Santa Cruz ride too. They did not disappoint! Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Joseph has us cycling through historic neighborhoods with Victorian homes, the downtown area, and a long breathtaking stretch right along the ocean. We also passed by Natural Bridges were the monarchs flock in the winter, a whale skeleton outside of the Seymour Marine Center, Lighthouse Point, vistas of the Santa Cruz mountains and even the local skate park. Near the end of our route, we rode by the Board Walk. The roller coaster on the Big Dipper flew down the part of the tracks next to the bike path right as we were pedaling past... It’s like they planned it or something! Having grown up in the Bay Area, I’ve visited Santa Cruz countless times over the years, but this ride gave me a better feel for the area. I recommend it for locals and travelers!

5.00I had a great time riding an E bike for the first time with my son. We had a great tour with Tony, who gave us really fun, insight and information about some of the Santa Cruz landmarks. Would highly recommend this for those who live near and far.

5.00This was a great little excursion. Our guide Tony was knowledgeable, he made sure we felt safe and did a great job leading us around town. The bikes were easy to use. The views were spectacular along the way. I’m so glad we booked this and did it early in our stay so we could come back to a couple of the spots we stopped at. Thanks!
