5.00It was wonderful, we hired with Diego, which was wonderful and everything he promised was beyond, from the arrival there to pick nick.. the wonderful guide was called Lisete and the driver was Emanuel were great attentive and very dear ... super indicate!!! 5.00We are Brazilians and we were in Santiago taking a tour with Turistik. On April 8th we took the cable car ride. That same day, we were not thinking about buying any other tour, but we ended up buying the tour from the vineyard for the next day. We were taken care of by Diego, who was simply exceptional. A great seller, undoubtedly one of the best in Chile and the agency. On April 9, we ended up forgetting that it was the day of the winery tour and we also forgot at the hotel our ticket, which was necessary to get on the bus. We contacted Diego via WhatsApp — he himself had given us the number — and he responded immediately, without any delay. In addition, to ensure that no one from the agency prevented our entry, he personally went to the place where we would pick up the bus to confirm that we would be able to board without problems. We became quite anxious when we realized that we were already in the middle of the road, but he reassured us by saying that everything would work out. We managed to get in, and yet he went to the scene. Including, he was on his way from work on the cable car, but he made a question of going to where we were, by subway, to make sure everything was right. Already on the winery walk, we were guided by Liz (Elizete's nickname) and the driver Emanuel. They were simply wonderful, extremely patient and attentive. Liz is an exceptional guide, undoubtedly the best. He explained everything very clearly, gave several tips about Santiago and even took several photos of ours. He is a cheerful, smiling person who demonstrates love for what he does, passing it on to all tourists. Without a doubt, she made our day even more special and happy. The tour was amazing, but Elisete was essential for everything to be even more perfect. Emanuel was also an excellent driver, very careful, attentive and friendly. They formed an amazing duo. All we have to do is thank these three people who were part of our experience in Santiago. They were simply exceptional, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely return in the winter to do other tours that both Diego and Elisete recommended us.

5.00Excellent experience I recommend!! Our guide Lis was very attentive at all times. We had a spectacular day of sunshine, cool early in the morning which was then warmer. The tour of the Santa Rita vineyard, winery and park was very well accompanied by Rodrigo. We finished the experience with a very complete and tasty picnic.
