  My wife Rachel and myself booked a private wine tour with Katerina and she was an absolute ray of sunshine from the start. Her knowledge for the wines and the vineyards was extensive and from the way she spoke you could sense her passion for the subject. We were taken in a beautiful air-conditioned vehicle to two vineyards and shown fantastic hospitality from both. The wines were amazing along with the areas they were in. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, we both said it was an amazing experience made better with the lovely Katerina to guide us, and we would definitely do it again when we are back in Santorini along with booking more of the other excellent trips that are available from Santorini Tours. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon and we look forward to meeting Roula the next time we are there. It is nice to meet people but even better to make friends.

  We had such a good time with Roula, who explained us a lot about the greek wines and culture. She is such a kind person, who loves what she does and expresses it with knowlodge and care.   We were looking for a private wine tasting in Santorini, and Santorini Golden Tours provided exactly what we were hoping for. From the moment we met Roula, we felt like we were with an old friend warm, welcoming, and so full of passion for wine. Roula took us on a walk through the beautiful vineyards of Santorini, sharing her deep knowledge and love for the island’s unique wines. The private tasting was everything we wanted intimate, relaxed, and incredibly special. We felt like we were at home, with friends who genuinely cared about making the experience unforgettable. At the end of the tour, Roula surprised us by revealing that she’s not only a sommelier but also creates wine lists for some of the best spots in Athens and Santorini. It made the experience feel even more special we were truly learning from an expert who lives and breathes wine. We couldn’t recommend this experience more. If you’re looking for a genuine, deeply personal, and unforgettable wine tasting in Santorini, this is it!

  We were lucky enough to spend a day with Katerina, and it was absolutely wonderful! She took us to Gavalas Winery and a charming art space, sharing fascinating local stories and history along the way. Katerina was incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were exploring the island with a dear friend. We discovered beautiful hidden corners, tasted delicious local wines, and learned so much about Santorini’s vibrant culture. This experience offered so much more than just sightseeing it was a genuine glimpse into the island’s soul. We wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone who wants to truly connect with Santorini!

  My friends and I had a wonderful day with Katerina touring two wineries on Santorini. The pick up at our VRBO was perfect so we didn't have to worry about driving for the day. From the moment she picked us up, she shared her knowledge of not only Santorini but of Greek culture and life. We had a great time getting to know about the grape growing process on the island and sampling some fantastic wines. Even the teenager with us had a great time!

  We had the most incredible private wine tasting experience with Santorini Golden Tours, guided by the amazing Roula a certified sommelier whose passion and deep knowledge of Greek wine truly blew us away. Our tour took us to three exceptional wineries: Art Space, a hidden gem filled with history and art; the charming and traditional Gavalas Winery; and finally the iconic Domaine Sigalas, where we enjoyed world-class Assyrtiko with breathtaking vineyard views. What made the day truly special was Roula herself. She’s not just a guide she’s a true wine expert who creates wine lists for restaurants both in Santorini and Athens, and she made every tasting personal, educational, and unforgettable. We learned about Santorini’s unique terroir, native grape varieties, and winemaking traditions, all while tasting some of the finest wines in Greece. If you’re a wine lover or simply curious about Greek wine culture this experience is a must. Trust me, you’re in the best hands. We left not only with a new appreciation for Santorini wines, but also with a deeper connection to the island itself.

  This exclusive trip exceeded all our expectations. Everything went exactly as promised. Our quide Katherine was a top professional. We were taken good care and the atmosphere was warm and friendly during the whole trip. Both vineyards which we visited had their unique and interesting story. The wines were top quality.

  Katerina was a great guide who offered a great tour of the wineries. She introduced me to the vintner at one of the wineries. He gave me a private tour of the facility and tasting. Katerina was very interesting, fun, and knowledgeable. Tasting wine at the beach just before sunset was beautiful I would highly recommend this tour.

  We had the most amazing experience with Katerina from Santorini Golden Tours. From the moment we met her, it was clear that we were in the hands of a true expert. Katerina was not only incredibly kind and welcoming but also demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the island's rich history and winemaking traditions. Our tour began with visits to two exceptional wineries, each offering a unique glimpse into Santorini's renowned viticulture. At the first winery, we were treated to an informative tour of their facilities and sampled some exquisite wines. The highlight, however, was the second winery, which housed a fascinating wine museum. Katerina's insights and anecdotes brought the exhibits to life, making the experience both educational and engaging. The perfect conclusion to our day was a visit to a beautiful bar in Oía. As we sipped on delicious local wine, we watched the sun set over the caldera, painting the sky with breathtaking hues. Katerina's careful planning and thoughtful touches ensured that every moment was special. We loved every second of our tour with Katerina and cannot recommend her highly enough.
