Sip your way around Santorini on a half-day wine tour, visiting three traditional wineries dotted around the picturesque island.

While savoring up to 12 different varietals made from grapes such as the indigenous Assyrtiko, learn all about the island’s unique viticulture that produces some of the crispest whites and seductively sweet wines in the Mediterranean.

Walk around a volcanic vineyard, explore the wineries' cellars and enjoy a platter of local cheese to eat alongside the wine.

The wines served during the tour are mainly whites and dessert wines, as these are the kind of wines the island of Santorini produces.This is a gentle note for guests that only drink red wine.

The tour includes plates of cheese and snacks served alongside wine-tastings at the wineries, not a full lunch or dinner. However keep in mind that the snacks served during tour will be adequate for the time-frame the tour lasts and maybe beyond.

This is an only adults tour, minors-kids are not allowed to participate due to the nature of the event (alcohol consumption) as per the Greek Law legislation for minors.

Maximum Participants Per Small-Group Tour Group is 10 Guests, Private Tours can have a greater number of Guests

To reach the McDonald's in Fira Town, you must take a tender from your ship and a cable car from the cruise port to get to the meeting point for this tour (McDonald's in Fira Town), where you may or may not experience delays along way to get there. In addition, please note that this tour is flexible and might start or end later than advertised. Please note that 24 hours or less before departure, your tickets are not redeemable for partial or full refunds - regardless of whether you can finally take this tour or not due to cruise ship delays, long lines, or any other force majeure circumstances you may experience.

We did the sunset tour of 3 wineries around the island. Our tour guide (Marina) was brilliant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely great value for money - we got a tapas board at each winery & 4/5 wine tastings at each place. Would definitely recommend :)

The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the whole process of wine making and was able to answer my specific questions on wine making. It helped that he studied botany in university with the specialization of cultivating grapes for wine. It was very educational without being too overloaded in information. The format of the tour was well thought out too. They first started out with a trip to a vineyard to show how the grapes are grown on the island given the challenges in the climate. They then take you to three wineries, one being super modern, one being super traditional, and the biggest one, providing a very broad view of the different types of winery styles. I would highly recommend.
Very Enjoyable Tour - definitely worth the time and money.

Elena was an excellent tour guide. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Santorini wines and wine making. We visited 3 wineries and enjoyed each one. With each tasting you get appetizers. By the end of the tour we didn't need dinner.

This was a highlight of our 3 days in Santorini. Angelo was a fantastic tour guide and wine expert, with the added bonus of having a great sense of humor. He had the whole group interacting before we even reached our first winery. A great group dynamic can make or break an excursion such as this. And he knew exactly how to make it happen. Learned a ton about Santorini winemaking. A memorable evening - highly recommend!!
