5.00Ms Yao is a fantastic tour guide!! She speaks good English and she was able to give clear instructions and information throughout the trip. Ms Yao was also sensitive to our needs and she ensured that my 85 years old mother was well taken care of. Ms Yao was observant and she knew when to give us family time and when to join in our conversations. Ms Yao has demonstrated high professionalism and leadership qualities. Highly recommended!

5.00Our tour guide, Ms Dzi was a friendly and good at leading the group. She was very understanding during the tour duration and helpful taking photo. She gave us handmade bracelets for safe keeping :)

Yao was incredibly clear with instructions, organized, and made sure everyone in the group felt included and comfortable throughout the day. Her knowledge about the local culture, history, and the places we visited made the experience so much more meaningful. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does because she was friendly, patient, insightful, and always willing to answer questions with detail. Travel experiences are often shaped by the people guiding them, and Yao exceeded expectations in every way. She balanced professionalism with kindness and made the entire tour smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. If you’re lucky enough to have Yao as your guide, you’re in great hands.
