In this tour, you will get a chance to explore the historical background of Sarajevo. The tour will take you to the place where the Bosnian war started. Furthermore, you will get to see frontlines on mountains around Sarajevo. Then, the tour will take you to an abandoned hotel, the Sniper Alley and the Sniper Nest. Furthermore, you will get to visit the Bobsleigh and Luge track and the Olympic Village, damaged during the war. Lastly, the tour will take you to the Tunnel of Hope where you will visit the museum and learn more about the importance of the said Tunnel and its significance during the Siege of Sarajevo.

5.00I went on the "War tour", and highly recommend it. We also got to walk the bobsled track and learn about the 1984 Olympics which was really wonderful since I remember them well. I learned so much and appreciated how knowledgeable Kamer was and all that he shared with us about the siege of Sarajevo and the war. But he also offered us many insights to the whole region. I am grateful to have experienced the city and surrounding area through the eyes of a local, with family stories and anecdotes that made it very personal. It's the perfect amount of time for the tour and all the stops were well planned and suited to the story/history. It was incredible to be inside history - all of it enveloping us. Great tour and wonderful guide!

5.00The War Tour was very informative. Our guide Mido told us a lot about the war history of Bosnia & Herzegovina. We were picked up and dropped back to our stay and had a virtually private tour with yet another couple. We definitely recommend this tour and on a next visit to Sarajevo we definitely want to book other tours with this organization.

5.00We did the "War Tour" and thanks to Kamer it was more than a tour, it was an experience. Kamer is more than a guide, he is engaging and involving also with a lot of stories about the war periode. Kamer drove us to see the key points to understand the siege of Sarajevo. I firmly recommend Torus Tours! Angela

5.00Loved the experience. Kamer from Torus tours was very good in explaining the full history of the war tunnel. Kamer has very good knowledge on the history though his young age. Family loved the experience as well.

5.00Amazing tour and experience to know what happened in the 90s in Sarajevo. The tour includes the amazing view of the city from Trebević and a walk in the abandoned bobsleigh track. Kamer, our guide, was really nice, and have a lot of knowledge about Sarajevo history. You can ask him whatever you want. I'll be waiting for you at the Olympics!

5.00this tour is really worth it. a resident whose family lived during the siege of the city who takes us to the most relevant places narrating the horrible facts that happened here. The guide is super kind and patient, makes the tour unhurried and is very attentive.

5.00Myself, my wife, and our baby daughter took the war tour with Kamer and it was amazing. Kamer picked us up from our Airbnb and drove us around the city of Sarajevo to see all the important war locations. Not only did he teach us all about the war, he taught us about life in Bosnia and answered our many many questions. He was very kind and entertaining qnd contributed to our wonderful trip to Sarajevo. He also showed us other great sights around town and gave amazing restaurant recommendations. To add, he is also a great photographer lol. If you’re looking for a war tour of Sarajevo, this tour is a must!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed the War tour provided by Kamer of Torus Tours. Kamer is very knowledgeable about the history of the siege of Sarajevo although he is too young to have experienced it in person. He intersperses the narrative with stories of his own family’s experiences. The tour took us to places we could have never visited on our own. Along the way, we talked about a wide range of other interesting topics.
