Our guided kayak adventure is the best of its kind in the area! Our expert guides have vast knowledge of the local flora and fauna, as well as the fascinating local history! Join us for an unforgettable guided kayak adventure through Sarasota Bay and the world famous Lido Key Mangrove tunnels. We start our tour with a detailed paddle lesson teaching you basics of kayak operation and safety! We then venture out to the open areas of Sarasota Bay -- searching for wildlife encounters with some of our favorite local residents: manatees, Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, stingrays, American bald eagles, osprey, countless bird and fish species, and so much more. From there, we take our guests to the most majestic mangrove forrest you will ever see! We paddle through lazy streams of crystal clear water under a protective canopy of mangroves trees. Our guides will keep you safe, entertain you with funny jokes, and teach you all about the the flora, fauna, and history of this amazing area! Our tour starts and ends at the same water access point at Ted Sperling Nature Park. PLEASE CHOOSE A TANDEM FOR 2 PEOPLE RIDING TOGETHER ADD TO CART PAY. AND THEN GO BACK TO THE SINGLE OPTION TO ADD A SINGLE KAYAK TO YOUR CART FOR SOLO OPERATORS. DO NOT CLICK ODD NUMBER ADULTS UNDER TANDEM OR WE MAY NOT HAVE A KAYAK FOR YOU.

5.00We really enjoyed our kayak tour of the mangroves. It is really a magical place to go through. Guide was helpful pointing out wildlife. He took some photos during our break too. There are a lot of twists and turns through the mangroves so be ready. Beginners are okay, but wanted to warn you.

5.00We had a great time on the mangrove tour with Jesse. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of facts about the mangroves history as well as the wildlife. Our 15 and 12 year old boys had a great time as well.

5.00Our family (husband, wife, 12 and 15 year old boys) went on the kayaking tour with Jesse. We had a great time, he was very informative and the equipment was in good shape. I definitely recommend using this company for a great day on the water.

5.00Jesse does a great job guiding new and experienced kayakers though several mangrove paths. He is funny and knowledgeable about history and wildlife. We’ve done this several times and wouldn’t use anyone but SRQ!

4.00Jason was a great guide- knowledgeable & helpful throughout our tour - and the mangroves were interesting. I would’ve given 5 stars but we didn’t see any manatees, which is why I booked the tour. Very disappointing. If the water is too cold for the manatees to return it would be best to make that clear in the listing.
