Our guided kayak adventure is the best of its kind in the area! Our expert guides are Florida Master Naturalists with vast knowledge of the local flora and fauna, as well as the fascinating local history! We get to kayak for a living! We never lose sight of that, and we show you our appreciation by keeping you safe, and making sure you enjoy our "office" as much as we do! We keep our groups small to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Our equipment is high quality, well kept, and safe.

Join us for an unforgettable guided kayak adventure through Sarasota Bay and the world famous Lido Key Mangrove tunnels. We start our tour with a detailed paddle lesson teaching you basics of kayak operation and safety! We then venture out to the open areas of Sarasota Bay -- searching for wildlife encounters with some of our favorite local residents: manatees, Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, stingrays, American bald eagles, osprey, countless bird and fish species, and so much more. From there, we take our guests to the most majestic mangrove forrest you will ever see! We paddle through lazy streams of crystal clear water under a protective canopy of mangroves trees. Our guides will keep you safe, entertain you with dad jokes, and teach you all about the the flora, fauna, and history of this amazing area! Our tour starts and ends at the same water access point at Ted Sperling Nature Park.

Great tour through the mangroves with a super knowledgeable guide, Cody, who taught us a ton about the wildlife and ecosystem. Then, to cap it off, he took us to a spot where he had seen manatees that morning and they were still there. Came right up to our boats to check us out. Great trip!

Truly amazing experience, the guide is extremely knowledgeable about all nature, animals, birds and history topics. Made me feel very comfortable and safe, even considering it was my first time kayaking.

Had a beautiful day with perfect water for a kayak mangrove tour. Our guide Steffan was very knowledgeable and made the tour super interesting and fun. He discussed the wildlife we encountered (birds, crabs, jellyfish) and told about the history of the island. When he saw a blue crab, he was able to capture it and bring it to all kayakers for a closer look before releasing it. Same with a jellyfish that we could touch. Three of us had done this tour a few years ago. In that tour we spent a little less time in mangroves and went looking for manatees that we found at nearby private boat docks. Although we didn’t see manatees this time, it’s obvious the tour focuses on the importance of local wildlife and environment.

It was a beautiful day and our guide Jordan was very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the mangroves.i do wish we went into a few more but all in all it was a great experience

We loved our tour! Steffan was an amazing guide! He knew so much about the history and ecology of the area, and made the trip fun. My husband, daughter and I had a blast and didn’t expect to learn so much! Totally recommend and ask for Steffan to be your guide!

Truly a magical experience exploring the intercoastal and mangrove tunnels. Jordan, our guide was not only knowledgeable and enthusiastic of Florida's bird & aquatic life but also added humor, keeping our group engaged throughout the trip. Jordan had the insight to linger in a canal and much to our amazement we were able to to witness the playful antics of some manatees. In addition, Jordan took many photo's and videos of our tour and shared them with each of us at the end. His personal touch made our journey memorable and one of our highlights of our Florida trip.

We had an amazing, informative, and funny tour with Steffon. He was a delight and you could tell he took immense pride in what he called his dream job. We would definitely recommend this tour (and Steffon) to anyone wanting to explore the mangroves and nature of Sarasota Bay.

This was an excellent kayak tour. The tour guide Justin was great and informative. I was disappointed that the tour ended early at 1.5 hours. It was advertised at 2 hours in length. The tour ended early because wake zone entrance #4 was closed due to a low tide. Other than that it was a worthwhile experience.
